Join "From Procedure to Participation", a training course for youth focused on building community as the key to well-being. 🤝

On March 25th, 2026, we hosted the final Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) of the One Life Many Endings (OLME) project in Leiden. Bringing together all project partners, this meeting marked an important milestone—a moment not only to review what has been achieved, but also to reflect on the journey we have taken together. The atmosphere was both focused and reflective, balancing practical coordination with a shared sense of closure.

From our perspective, the meeting served as a space to consolidate the project’s outcomes and ensure a strong and coherent final phase. Together with partners, we reviewed the overall progress, assessed the quality of results, and aligned on the remaining steps toward the final report . This collective effort highlighted the strength of the partnership and the commitment of all organizations involved in delivering meaningful work for young people.

The SWITCHin Virtual Project Inauguration Day webinar was held to present the consortium partners and their virtual exchange program. Stichting yEUth introduced the project partners, including Atlantica University from Portugal, Integra Association Cultural from Spain, University College in Albania, NGO Integrity from Montenegro, and ECSA Kosova. The Study Visit to Łódź was an Erasmus+ professional mobility that brought together youth work experts and strategic leaders from across Europe to explore diverse models of youth engagement. Over 7 inspiring days in Łódź, Poland, participants explored various youth-focused organizations to understand different styles and methods of supporting community participation. Through on-site observations, peer-to-peer exchanges, and structured reflection sessions, they gained practical inspiration and new ideas for developing youth centers in their local contexts. The project fostered international cooperation and professional networking, empowering participants to level up their strategic approach to youth work and social initiative.

MOVICAL+ was an Erasmus+ Training Course that brought together youth workers and coordinators from across Europe to strengthen their skills in leadership and community participation. Over 6 inspiring days in Gijón, Spain, participants from four countries explored topics such as social inclusion, digital tools, and combating misinformation. Through gamified methodologies, social escape rooms, and forum theatre, they reflected on innovative strategies to support young people facing social exclusion or unemployment. The project fostered professional growth and connection, empowering youth workers to become active multipliers of learning and leadership in their home communities.

HASAVISO 3.0 was an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange that brought together young people and group leaders from across Europe to address the intersection of personal well-being and sustainable living in the 21st century. Over 10 inspiring days in Hondarribia, Spain, participants from five countries explored topics such as mental health, nutrition, and the importance of physical activity. Through movement-based sessions, non-formal education, and intercultural dialogue, they reflected on how healthy personal habits can combat human deterioration and strengthen social cohesion. The project fostered resilience and European identity, empowering young people to become active ambassadors for their own well-being and a more inclusive society.
