TeMa is the study association for Technology Management for students at the University of Groningen. The studies the association serves are: the track Technology Management of the bachelor Business, the MSc. Technology & Operations Management and the Dual Degree Master. The purpose of the association is to connect students with the faculty and with businesses, as well as with each other. TeMa was

founded on the 26th of May in 2009 by two highly motivated TM students: Jelena van Gelder and Anna Paques. In the years following, TeMa has grown a lot and has now reached over 500 members. TeMa organizes social, study and career related activities such as the Christmas dinner, monthly socials, the Inhousetour, the International Study Project and the Batavierenrace. Running Dinner 🍽️

On Wednesday, September 16th, the second introduction activity takes place: a Running Dinner! We will all visit 3 different restaurants in different groups.

The 3 restaurants we will visit are:
- Huiskamer van ‘t Fust
- Four Roses
- Lust Groningen

Join us on this fun activity to get to know your fellow students while enjoying a delicious dinner😋

Afterwards, our September Social takes place at our social location: ‘t Golden Fust! Drinks will be 50 cents!!🍻

🌳 2ND MOST SUSTAINABLE UG STUDENT ORGANISATION 🌳

We are very proud and happy to announce that the Green Office awarded us the title of the second most sustainable UG student organisation this year! 🍀

Out of 40+ associations, TeMa achieved the second highest score on sustainability aspects. This highlights our commitment to sustainability and earning this label makes us even more excited to expand our efforts. We will keep looking for ways to improve sustainability within TeMa! 🌳💚

On Thursday, July 9th, the General Members Meeting of TeMa takes place at De Pijp! This is TeMa’s last event of the year. The doors open at 19:00 and the meeting will start at 19:30 sharp ⏱️

At this meeting, the Current Board will present its secretarial and financial annual report and the Candidate Board will present its plans for the upcoming year 2026-2027 ❤️💙

The meeting will be held in English. We will end the evening with some drinks and snacks!🍻
