Hi! I’m Estelle, the current Chairperson of Quest.
I started as a member of a Programme Committee, where I became increasingly interested in how education and the university function behind the scenes. Wanting to challenge myself and make a bigger impact, I decided to take on a board year. This experience has taught me valuable skills in leadership, organization, and teamwork while working closely with faculty, program management, and key decision-makers like the Vice Dean of Education.

My name is Tudor and I am the current Program Committee Commissioner of the QUEST Board.
After focusing on improving and providing feedback for my own program from the IB Program Committee, I decided to move to a more faculty-spanning role at QUEST. The PC Commissioner role is an ideal step if you are looking to get more involved in the faculty - whether from a current YR/PC position or otherwise. The position offers a lot of freedom to grow and develop your own working style, with a focus on recruitment, intra-faculty communications, and uncovering overarching issues across the FEB. Hey! I’m Nienke Dijkstra and I’m the current Treasurer.
I was a year representative at Quest during my first year at the FEB. After that year I was asked if I wanted to take on the challenge to be part of the Quest Board. At first, I was a bit hesitant about this, but in the end I don’t regret my decision because I have improved my practical skills and I got to make lovely memories with my fellow board members.
If you are motivated, enjoy working with a team and like to make monetary decisions, you should apply to be the next Treasurer of the Quest Board!
