Healthcare professionals are often taught how to care for others.
Rarely are they taught how to care for themselves.
Compassion fatigue, emotional exhaustion, burnout, and chronic stress are not signs that you’re failing. They’re often signs that you’ve been carrying too much for too long.
Mindful Self-Compassion offers practical, evidence-based skills for working with the inner critic, regulating stress, recovering from difficult encounters, and building emotional resilience without sacrificing your humanity.
This 5-day intensive is designed specifically for healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, psychologists, therapists, social workers, chaplains, and other healthcare providers. Together, we’ll explore how to care for ourselves while continuing to care deeply for others.
Over five days, you’ll learn:
✨ How self-compassion supports wellbeing and reduces burnout
✨ Practical tools for managing stress and difficult emotions
✨ How to work with self-criticism and perfectionism
✨ Strategies for compassion fatigue and sustainable caregiving
✨ A personal self-care plan grounded in your values and professional purpose
You’ll join an international group of healthcare professionals who understand the realities of healthcare work and share a common commitment to compassionate care.
