Wij zijn een Japanse studentenvereniging met een passie voor de diverse Japanse cultuur. We doen daadwerkelijk alles wat maar te maken heeft met de Japanse cultuur. Zo kun je deelnemen aan één of meerdere van onze disputen zoals Anime Night, Dance Dance Revolution, Parapara, Mahjong, Karaoke, Japanse taal, Japans koken en natuurlijk niet te vergeten onze specials interested groepen ook wel SIGS ge

noemd. En alsof dat nog niet genoeg is zijn er ook nog ledenavonden op de woensdag, waar elke keer wat anders te doen is. Ben je nu nog steeds aan het twijfelen of ben je gewoon benieuwd waar we het eigenlijk over hebben? Kom dan eens langs en neem deel aan onze avonden. Dit is helemaal gratis en vrijblijvend tot wel 3 keer toe, zodat we zeker zijn dat je weet wie we zijn en wat we doen. Mist er volgens jou nog iets aan ons aanbod? Dan kun je dat altijd aan ons doorgeven, en wie weet kun jij jouw favoriete Japanse hobby binnenkort bij JCES Kinjin beoefenen.

Open Culture Week
February 9th - February 13th

During the week of February 9th, several Scala: Studentencultuur Eindhoven associations will organise cultural events that are free to join. Most of the activities are organised in Luna. Try out something new that week and see what Eindhoven has to offer :)

Babybeard will be performing next week Tuesday in Amsterdam and asked us in help promoting their show!

Babybeard is a group that blends the cuteness of J-pop together with the power of heavy metal. The band was formed in 2021 around the Australian performer Ladybeard, known for the famous hit song Nippon Manju. Alongside him are Suzu and Mahri, two talented Japanese vocalists who add a J-pop touch to Ladybeards heavy metal. This will be the first time they will be performing in the Netherlands, so if you are interested in Kawaii Metal please consider going!

In the week of the 8th to the 12th of September 2025, the Open Culture Week (OCW) will take place!

During this week anyone can join the evening activities in Luna of all participating associations. You don’t have to be a member, and you can bring along anyone who is interested in our association.
