✨ Dinner @ Happie040 — Round 2! ✨
Yesterday we hosted the second edition of our gezellige student dinner. This time it wasn’t just for our Haven residents — we opened the doors to students from all over Eindhoven! 🎓
Powered by Vestide and TU/e, but fully brought to life by our amazing Haven crew (student volunteers, the evening was all about good food, good vibes, and great connections.
With three delicious courses and plenty of new faces around the table, it turned into yet another truly memorable night. 💜
Here’s to community, conversation, and many more dinners to come! 🍽️🤝

Dear Haven residents,

How can we further strengthen the Haven Community?

To answer this question, the "Haven mail carriers" team from design research studio cocosmos will be stopping by. They will go door-to-door and ring your bell, to deliver hand-written cards and chat about the Haven community.

You can expect us on the following days:

Monday February 9 from 16:00 - 20:00

Wednesday February 11 from 16:00 - 20:00

You can recognize us by the round 'Haven' sticker. We look forward to speaking with you. Of course, only if we happen to meet you at a time that suits you!

Cocosmos is a design‑driven research agency that played an important role in the creation of Haven. This year, they have been invited by Vestide to use their talents to support and strengthen the Haven Community.

It’s Blue Monday… 💙 The holidays are behind us, the days are still cold and dark, and spring feels like a distant dream.
It’s completely normal to feel a bit down today. But if those "blues" are sticking around longer than usual, please know you don’t have to carry it alone. Community and connection are so important.
Small steps can make a big difference:
☕️ Invite a neighbor over for a cup of tea.
🌲 Take a refreshing walk outside together.
🎬 Curl up and watch a feel-good movie.
But most importantly: really see each other. Reach out, speak up, and stay connected. 🫶

✨ Big news, Haven! ✨

Have you noticed? Since this week, the Hangout looks so much cozier!
From now on, every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, Donatues and Vestide will team up to create a welcoming spot where you can meet, study, and chill.

On these days, the Hangout is no longer available for private events—because it’s open to everyone! So just drop by, solo or with friends, feel the vibes, and make yourself at home.

From Thursday to Sunday, the Hangout can be booked for your (private) events via our brand-new website: havencommunity.nl

👉 Share with friends/roommates/classmates/neighbors and plan your next study or chill session!
