Do you enjoy hacking? Or would you like to learn? Then join TrojanCTF!
Collaborate and compete with other hacking enthusiasts in a cybersecurity competition, and hack yourself to the top!
TrojanCTF features both easy and difficult challenges to appeal to all skill levels.
The event features free food, including lunch and dinner, a CTF with exhilerating challenges, an interesting cybersecurity lecture and demonstration by WhiteHats, and amazing prizes!

The event will take place on the 25th of May from 10:45-21:00 on the TU/e campus, and is completely free and open to anyone!

Great news 📰 ! We have another exciting instalment of the Trojan training coming up for you this week. It's going to be a bit different than usual, as picoCTF 2024 is coming up. picoCTF is a longer running CTF 🔁 , and it just started on the 12th and will end on the 26th (March). For the next training, we're planning to just get together and start solving challenges, without any lectures 🧑‍🏫 . Join alone or with a team of up to five people! 🛝

IMPORTANT: Create an account at picoctf.org and sign up for picoCTF 2024 before the 20th, otherwise you will not be able to participate!

On Wednesday, March 13th we'll be doing some wargames at OverTheWire, which can help you learn cybersecurity in the topics of web, pwn, crypto and more! These wargames are a fun and interesting way to get started on or expand your knowledge in cybersecurity wargames.

Dear Trojans, I am excited to announce that next week we'll break into a completely new topic! 🚀 Next week will be focused on pwn, or specifically binary exploitation. "pwn" refers to the act of exploiting vulnerabilities in software to gain unauthorized access or control. Participants use their skills in binary exploitation, reverse engineering, and vulnerability analysis to find and exploit weaknesses in target programs. (thanks ChatGPT! 👾) If you have been waiting for a bit more hands-on hacking, this is your opportunity to experience it! 💻🔍

We recommend you to have a Linux environment set up before the training, either as your operating system, through WSL, a virtual machine, or whatever you prefer. If you have problems setting this up and Google does not help you either, you can ask for aid in the general chat on Discord (if you're not in it, see the contact page on our website). 🤖💬
