What a wonderful Europartners retreat we’ve had in Slovenia. As we head home, our hearts are full of gratitude for what God has done among us. Hearing so many beautiful testimonies from participants has deeply moved us, and it has been a joy to share these days of prayer, worship, honest talks and friendship around the theme “The Beauty of Brokenness.”

Thank you to everyone who was part of this time together. We’re already looking forward to gathering again next year in Sicily Italy 🇸🇮❤️🇮🇹

What a special and weekend we had at the Stronger Together Conference in Stockholm.

Deeply grateful for what God has done. Once again, He exceeded our expectations. The heart of these days became so clear, from information to transformation. There was a beautiful openness for the Holy Spirit to move, for ministry, prayer and genuine encounters with God. It felt as if God was reminding us that Stronger Together is ultimately about Him, His presence and His Kingdom, rather than our individual ministries or organisations.

It was also encouraging to see Swedish entrepreneurs joining the conference and to experience the growing desire to connect Christian business leaders and ministries across the Nordics. The vision to strengthen the relationships between Sweden, Norway and Finland and to build new connections with Iceland, Denmark and the Faroe Islands, became even stronger.

On Sunday we continued with a leadership meeting with leaders from different Nordic movements. We shared our hearts and vision for the future, walked together, prayed for one another and had some very meaningful conversations. The picture with this message is from that time together. For me, this was such an important part of the weekend. Relationship before organisation, friendship before structure, and seeking together what God is already doing in the Nordics.

I’m very thankful that we can be part of this journey, serving, connecting and strengthening business ministries across Europe.

Something is growing in the Nordics, and I’m excited to see where God will lead us in the coming times 🙏

We look back with deep gratitude on a very special gathering of Christian entrepreneurs in Iceland. Business owners and leaders came together around faith, entrepreneurship, purpose and the desire to make a meaningful difference in Iceland.

A special thank you to Hafsteinn Einarsson for his friendship, hospitality, vision and all the work he has put into bringing people together. It was beautiful to see new relationships being formed and a genuine community beginning to grow among Christian entrepreneurs who want to encourage one another and live out their faith through their businesses and influence.

We were also grateful for the opportunity to visit Lindin Radio, where we were able to share something about Christian entrepreneurship and invite people to the conference.

Throughout these days we saw meaningful conversations, prayer, encouragement and many new connections. What touched us most is that people really want to continue. The next meeting is already planned for 21 October, and there is also a strong desire to organise another, even larger conference next year and invite many more Christian entrepreneurs.

For Europartners, it was a privilege to be part of these days and to support what is beginning to grow in Iceland.

We believe something beautiful has started. A community of entrepreneurs who want to use their businesses, talents and influence to serve people, strengthen their nation and make the love of Jesus visible.

Thank you Hafsteinn, everyone who helped make these days possible, and all the entrepreneurs who joined us.

We are excited to see what God will do next in Iceland. 🇮🇸

Earlier this year, I had the privilege of sharing this message with a group of Christian entrepreneurs in Marseille.

For years, I was convinced that the more I stayed involved in everything, the better our organisation would perform. In reality, I had become a micromanager. It limited not only the growth of the organisation, but also the growth of the people around me.

During this session, I shared my own journey. In this passage God used Exodus 18 to change my perspective on leadership. The lesson wasn’t simply to delegate more, but to trust more, build healthy structures and develop leaders. That transformation changed not only me, but also the way our management team worked together. A wise man said to me: *live the change you want to see.*

These are the conversations I love most real stories, practical and honest in Scripture.
