Earlier this year, I had the privilege of sharing this message with a group of Christian entrepreneurs in Marseille.
For years, I was convinced that the more I stayed involved in everything, the better our organisation would perform. In reality, I had become a micromanager. It limited not only the growth of the organisation, but also the growth of the people around me.
During this session, I shared my own journey. In this passage God used Exodus 18 to change my perspective on leadership. The lesson wasn’t simply to delegate more, but to trust more, build healthy structures and develop leaders. That transformation changed not only me, but also the way our management team worked together. A wise man said to me: *live the change you want to see.*
