On November 20th, the 'Students and YP in Geoscience networking event' took place at TU Delft. This event was organised by the Delft Organization of Geophysics Students - DOGS, together with PGK YP and the EAGE Local chapter Netherlands. The goal of the event was to have MSc students interact with Young Professionals (YP) from a variety of backgrounds in Geoscience. This way, the students could experience what the possibilities are for a career in Geoscience and beyond. We are really grateful to all the YP who participated! 🐶

Yesterday, MSc and PhD members of the DOGS visited the facilities of Furgo in Nootdorp. They gave some nice presentations about the company and about their work in land and marine geophysics. They also organised guided tours to see more of the company and its equipment. Here we have some pictures of the event. Thank you, Furgo and Myrna Staring for organising this event! 🐶
