The 59th board of V.S.V. Sipke Wynia hereby invites you to the fifth general members’ meeting of the academic year 2025-2026. During this GMA, we will discuss the budget off the first-years weekend and other important topics.

The complete agenda, yearly budget, house rules, and other documents will be posted on our website within 4 days after this email. You can find them under ‘My Sipke Wynia’ > ‘Files’. Hi everyone,

We cherish that the exams are going well. We already want to inform you about our last After Exam Drink of the year! On Wednesday July the first we are going to celebrate that the academic year is over with some drinks!

Show up to the Three Sisters Pub for a good start of the holiday! There will be matches played from the World Cup at the pub so let’s watch it together!

Hi everyone!

During the May holidays our annual foreign excursion took place! This time we went to Toulouse and Paris in France 🇫🇷. It was a five-day trip with a visit to the Airbus company and Aeroscopia museum in Toulouse and the musee de l’air et de l’espace in Paris✈️🚀. So we learned a lot from this trip and had a lot of fun!

Thanks to SIF and the committee for this unforgettable trip💙

Hi everyone!

Did you miss today’s Wynia Wednesday? Totally okay! Next week will be the last Wynia Wednesday of Board 59! This will be a good moment to have a drink with your friends before the exam period starts.

There will be free GIG aswell, this is a hard drink lemonade(seltzer). So for the people who are not that interested in beer, we now have an additional drink available!

Hoii, mijn naam is Famke en ik ben de Commissioner of Promotions van het 59ste bestuur der V.S.V. Sipke Wynia.

Dit betekent dat ik alle promotie voor de vereniging maak. Ik zorg ervoor dat alle leden weten welke evenementen eraan komen. Dit doe ik d.m.v. instagram posts en via de whatsapp promo chat. Verder is het mijn verantwoordelijkheid om ervoor te zorgen dat er foto’s worden gemaakt op elk evenement. Ik sta dus vrijwel altijd achter de camera of achter mijn laptop om nieuwe creatieve posts te maken! Een grote taak die bij deze functie komt kijken is het maken van het jaarboek. Dit kost super veel tijd, maar is voor alle leden een fantastisch aandenken aan het jaar.

Ik vind het bestuursjaar leuk, omdat ik hierdoor in contact kom met super veel mensen. Verder is het super leerzaam en bovenal heel gezellig. Af en toe keihard werken en daarna ultiem genieten met je medebestuursgenoten. Verder ben je op een leuke manier jezelf persoonlijk en professioneel aan het ontwikkelen en toch aan je cv aan het werken!

Heyy, my name is Famke and I am the commissioner of Promotions of the 59th board of V.S.V. Sipke Wynia.

This means that I make all the promotion of our association. I make sure that all the members know which events are coming up. I do this through Instagram posts and via the whatsapp promo chat. Furthermore is it my responsibility to make sure that photos are taken at all events. Most of the times you can find me behind the camera or behind my laptop creating creative posts! A big task of this function is designing the yearbook. This takes a lot of time, but a great remembrance for all members.

I have enjoyed this board year, because it made me come in contact with a lot of people. In addition is it educational but most of all cheerful and memorable . Occasionally hard working and often enjoying your time with your fellow board members. Furthermore it is a fun way to personally and professionally developing yourself and still upgrading your cv!

Hii! Ik ben Nadia en dit jaar ben ik de Commissaris Evenementen van het 59ste bestuur van V.S.V. Sipke Wynia!

Zoals de naam al zegt, ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren van evenementen binnen de vereniging. Van borrels en activiteiten tot grotere evenementen: ik zorg ervoor dat alles goed geregeld is en dat iedereen een leuke tijd heeft. Daarbij ben ik veel bezig met plannen, organiseren en contact houden met verschillende mensen.

Wat ik persoonlijk het leukste vind aan een bestuursjaar, is de gezelligheid binnen het bestuur. Je brengt veel tijd met elkaar door, werkt nauw samen en leert elkaar echt goed kennen. Hierdoor bouw je niet alleen een sterk team op, maar ook mooie vriendschappen.

Daarnaast ontwikkel je jezelf op zowel persoonlijk als professioneel vlak en doe je ervaringen op die je nog lang meeneemt.

As the name already suggests, I am responsible for organizing events within the association. From social drinks and activities to larger events, I make sure everything is well organized and that everyone has a great time. This involves planning, organizing, and staying in contact with different people.
What I personally enjoy most about a board year is the gezelligheid within the board. You spend a lot of time together, work closely as a team, and really get to know each other. Because of that, you build not only a strong team, but also great friendships.
Besides that, a board year helps you grow both personally and professionally, while gaining experiences that stay with you for a long time.

Hey! Ik ben Stefan en de eerste 8 maanden van dit bestuursjaar was ik penningmeester van het 59ste bestuur van V.S.V. Sipke Wynia.

Als penningmeester ben je verantwoordelijk voor alles rondom de financiën van de vereniging. Je maakt begrotingen, verwerkt declaraties en zorgt ervoor dat alles financieel goed geregeld is. Daarnaast heb je contact met bedrijven en leer je veel over plannen, verantwoordelijkheid nemen en overzicht houden.

Wat ik zelf het leukste vind aan een bestuursjaar, is de groep mensen met wie je het doet. Je werkt veel samen, leert elkaar goed kennen en bouwt echt een hechte vriendengroep op.

Een bestuursjaar is soms druk, maar je krijgt er ook ontzettend veel voor terug. Je ontwikkelt jezelf op persoonlijk en professioneel vlak en doet ervaringen op die je later zeker meeneemt.

Hey! I’m Stefan and during the first 8 months of this board year, I was the treasurer of the 59th board of V.S.V. Sipke Wynia.
As treasurer, you are responsible for everything related to the association’s finances. You create budgets, process declarations, and make sure everything is financially well organized. In addition, you are in contact with companies and learn a lot about planning, taking responsibility, and keeping an overview.

What I personally enjoy most about a board year is the group of people you do it with. You work closely together, get to know each other really well, and build a strong group of friends.

A board year can be busy at times, but you also get a lot in return. You develop yourself both personally and professionally and gain experiences that you will definitely take with you in the future.

Hi everyone!

On the 19th of May our end of the year party will take place! 🪩
For this party the theme is: wrong occasions. So wear your Halloween costume, a suit, your beach outfit or come up with something original!

The end party will take place at DSB, oude Delft 123. The doors will open at 20:00 and will close at 22:00 so make sure to be on time. The first 120 liters of beer will be free so be on time!

Tickets for member are free and for non-members €3,44. Everyone needs to get a ticket in the link or in instagram bio.
