📚What Is The Project About?
🤝This youth exchange project brings together young people from seven EU countries, alongside representatives from non-governmental organizations (NGOs), to explore and address key issues surrounding mental health, physical well-being, and healthy habits.

Objectives:
👉Enhance Knowledge and Skills on Mental Health Protection
👉Explore the Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Mental Health
👉Exchange Best Practices for Supporting Youth in Health and Well-being
👉Raise Awareness Through a Public Health Campaign
👉Promote Inclusivity and Support for Youth with Fewer Opportunities
👉Develop Organizational Capacities and Networks for NGOs
👉Create Long-lasting Impact Through Follow-up Activities

Accommodation and meals are fully covered!
Travel reimbursement of up to €275 for Dutch participants!

Did you know that the Netherlands is particularly vulnerable to climate change due to its low-lying geography? With significant portions of the country situated below sea level, rising sea levels pose a critical threat that we must address! Here’s what you need to know:

🌡️ Climate Change Impacts:

1. Temperature Increase: The average temperature has risen by over 2°C since 1901, leading to more frequent heatwaves.
2. Precipitation Changes: Annual rainfall has increased by 21%, resulting in a higher risk of flooding, especially in urban areas.
3. Sea Level Rise: Coastal regions are at risk, with sea levels rising approximately 1.9 mm per year—half of the Netherlands is less than one meter above sea level!
4. Drought and Water Management: Increased evaporation rates due to rising temperatures mean we face prolonged droughts alongside heavy rainfall.
