I believe wholeheartedly in a loving God, my Saviour Jesus Christ, and the wonders of the Holy Spirit, who is my Comforter and Helper.
TODAY GOD’S CHURCH IS ON TRIAL
I have been researching the state of the church for 10 years to understand what is going wrong. During my research, I saw the poor state of the Church, where we started to substitute true worship with a fake replacement.
Don’t walk away. First read it all, and then draw your conclusion. God said in 1 Peter 4:17: “For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?”
We have actually passed the crossroads and are now standing at God’s judgment seat. Exodus 20:7 and Deuteronomy 5:11: “You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain.”
That is exactly what has been going on. It did not happen immediately; it was a slippery slope, where we started to puff up miracles and make things greater than they actually were. As if that were not enough, we brought the spirit of entertainment into the church, and we tagged God’s name onto our own experiences, prophecies, and miracles, trying to create an atmosphere with lights, mist, and sound while proclaiming, “God is here.” The biggest nonsense is prophets prophesying in the name of the Lord: just fake ministries full of deception, bewitching people. Mind you, I believe in the prophetic calling. It is the lack of discernment among the people and in the church that has led to an increase in fake ministries and worship, and people do not see the difference anymore.
Matthew 24:23–26:
“Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There!’ do not believe it. For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. See, I have told you beforehand. Therefore if they say to you, ‘Look, He is in the desert!’ do not go out; or ‘Look, He is in the inner rooms!’ do not believe it.”
The Bible clearly warns: don’t substitute. Read Leviticus 27:9–10.
The lesson of Aaron’s sons, trained priests, was not to bring strange fire into God’s presence (Leviticus 10:1–3).
Yet this is what the church has been doing for decades now: using and abusing God’s name with lies and deceit, and keeping the sheep away from experiencing His true presence. The church started chasing the gifts of speaking in tongues and prophecy, and the effect is clearly visible. They forgot to chase the gift of discernment, the gift of knowledge, the gift of wisdom, the gift of helping, and so on.
The most horrible thing is that many Christians like the excitement of being entertained instead of piety, or they simply do not discern through the Spirit of the Lord anymore. God’s Word says, “My people perish for lack of knowledge.”
I keep saying we all need to go back to the basics of the Gospel of salvation: back on our knees, with hands toward heaven, crying out for Christ, the Holy Spirit, and God the Father to reveal Himself again. The genuine, wonderful presence of God Almighty.
These are years of studying what is going wrong in ministries, not to judge them, but with a sincere and tremendous desire to see Christ revealed again, bringing all of us back to the basics of the Truth. “For you shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free.”
Yes, today the church is standing before God’s judgment seat. It is trial time.
When I read about a so-called Christian ministry in Kenya where about 429 children (and still counting) were starved to death, sadly, this kind of thing was and is going on for ages now. But today God says judgment is here, and the house will be held accountable.
