There is something quietly special about a handmade card, and with the festive season approaching, we invite you to make your own.

We are honoured to be collaborating with wildlife and botanical artist Inge van Drie once again to present our Christmas Card Workshop. Over the course of a relaxed morning, you will create a botanical inspired Christmas card, drawing on the colours and forms of the natural world. No artistic experience is required, only a willingness to explore.

✨ Recap: Menopause Workshop ✨

On Saturday 3rd October, women across a spectrum of ages gathered at De Lommerd for a considered and powerful workshop led by Marina of Reignite and Inova Consultancy. We were honoured to collaborate with her once again.

The morning held a distinguished surprise. Evelyn Ryan, personal coach and nutrition advisor, joined us to share her own journey through menopause. Her story moved the room, and her insights, research findings and advice proved invaluable.

Perimenopause and menopause are not merely hormonal events. They mark a significant psychological and identity transition. The workshop explored how hormonal fluctuations shape sense of self, working life, confidence and relationships, offering a safe space to move beyond stigma and discover practical coping strategies.
What we explored:
- The Identity Shift: the psychological transition beyond the physical
- Professional Confidence: managing brain fog, anxiety and fatigue at work
- Communication & Boundaries: speaking openly with partners, colleagues and healthcare providers
- Personal Empowerment: reclaiming control and embracing a transformative life stage

Conversations like these are essential. As we continue to break down taboos, we empower women not only to survive this metamorphosis, but to thrive throughout it.
This free workshop, open to all women and including refreshments, was funded by EU funding for Erasmus+.

More than a hormonal event, menopause is a significant shift in identity, confidence and working life. Join us for a considered, open conversation and leave with practical tools.

Arnhem Together x Mama Bowls 🍜 - Recap @

Trang and Shantya, the owners of MamaBowls, opened the workshop with a simple truth: the nicest thing about cooking is that you can make it your own. Every person brings different flavours, different memories, different corners of their culture to the same pot..And that’s exactly what unfolded. Before the noodles were even rolled, everyone shared a piece of their own connection to food - which is, at its heart, what Arnhem Together is about: connecting people and bringing them together through their stories.

From there, hands got floury! We mixed, rolled, and knife-cut our own Kalguksu noodles, learned to make fresh kimchi from scratch, and turned it all into a warm soup and a cold noodle dish, welcomed along the way with snacks and tea before sitting down together to share what we’d made.

A morning of new skills, good broth, and even better company. We are grateful to Trang and Shantya and the whole Mama Bowls team for hosting us in one of our favourite kitchens. THANK YOU to every one of you who joined us and made the room feel exactly like Arnhem Together should 🫶

What a morning ☕🫶❤️

Our Coffee Morning Club at FoodVia was everything we hoped for - sunshine, easy conversation, and summer stories swapped over coffee.

A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful team at FoodVia for their warm hospitality, as always; you make our mornings there feel like home 🤗

Big shout out to Shruti for capturing our moments so naturally 📷 And of course to our lovely guests, THANK YOU for showing up, sharing your stories, and bringing such lovely energy into the room. It was such a beautiful mix: newcomers finding their way in, familiar faces we always love seeing, and even a mom who joined as a plus one!

Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. We continue to feel so blessed and honoured to welcome you all. Our mission is to build the most inclusive community for women in Arnhem and this part of the Netherlands and we wouldn’t wish for it any other way 💛

Arnhem Together x Mama Bowls 🍜

We’re returning to one of our favourite kitchens and this time, we’re making noodles from scratch.

Join us for a hands-on Kalguksu workshop with MamaBowls, the authority in Korean Fusion food in our region. Kalguksu, knife-cut noodle soup, is the kind of dish that brings people together: rich broth, soft hand-cut noodles, and a bowl of fresh kimchi to match. The perfect introduction to the colder months ahead.

In this workshop you will:
✨ Mix, roll, and cut your own noodles entirely by hand
✨ Transform them into both a warm soup and a cold noodle dish
✨ Learn to prepare fresh kimchi from scratch

You’ll be welcomed with snacks and tea, and then sit down together to enjoy what you’ve made.
