As we gear up to celebrate our 8-year milestone with you on 30 May, we thought it was the perfect time to introduce the incredible team behind Arnhem Together 🤩
We’re excited to introduce our second and newest team member, Courtney Bould. And wow, does she live up to her name! Her bold, no-nonsense approach makes her a dynamic, efficient, and fun addition to the team.
Courtney manages all things Process Development, Office Management, and HR, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes while bringing energy and structure to every part of the business. We’re so excited to have her as part of the Arnhem Together family 🫶
“Hailing from New Zealand, I now call the Netherlands home where I live with my two kids and husband, Tim. The combination of growing up in the South Pacific, stints in South America, Italy, India, and now living in the beautiful centre of Europe, has shaped my perspective on how people and cultures tick. People always fascinate me – we’re unpredictable, have our own visions and identities, desires, goals, relationships, food, cultures – and this uniqueness will always make people interesting to me. I love hearing peoples’ stories, getting to know them, and building people up. I do this in my personal life, and my professional life has always revolved around people.
My reason for being involved in Arnhem Together comes from a deep belief in empowering women. Right from a young age, my parents made it clear that women can conquer the world. Having my own daughter, this is very close to home for me. There’s work to do, and the way to eat this elephant is with a teaspoon – exactly why I feel lucky to have stumbled into Arnhem Together where I can have an impact empowering women in the Arnhem area, all whilst having a cuppa.
I work in supply chain with a focus on people, culture, safety, and leadership, and naturally enjoy finding ways to make things work better. Although I’m known for dreaming up off the wall ideas, I’m also known for getting sh*t done and bringing ideas to life, rather than what looks good on paper. The Arnhem Together community has allowed me to combine this way of working with my beliefs. It’s also been the perfect place to build connection – for me this especially matters when raising a family and trying to balance work, and everyday life.
Outside of work and community, I love good food (both cooking and eating!), the outdoors, the sea/sailing/anything to do with water, planning our next adventure, and hanging out with my family. I look forward to getting to know you at one of our events, come say hi!” ❤️
