The 2026 4L Trophy is one we’ll never forget. What a ride.

150 km from home we cracked a sleeve. Half the rally with no rear brakes. Lost our exhaust pipe… multiple times. And just 2 km before the off-road finish line, a rock bent our skid plate and pushed the fuel tank upward.

But somehow… we still made it.

🏁 41st out of 879 — Overall

We’re insanely proud and happy with this result. Hopefully the first of many podiums for the team.

The HAN4L team starts their journey to Morocco soon and will be taking donations such as school supplies, clothing, toys and sports equipment for children in remote communities of the Moroccan desert.

This event on Friday February 14th would serve as a collection day for these donations!

During the event, the HAN4L 2025 trophy Renaults will also be revealed to the team’s sponsors and people from the city of Arnhem.

The program is as follows:

09:00 - 11:30 hours: Donations collection in front of the Eusebiuskerk

11:30 - 13:00 hours: Reception and presentation with mayor Ahmed Marcouch, and the ambassador of Morocco in the Netherlands, including reveal of the HAN4L 2025 trophy cars and lunch

HAN4L consists of a group of enthusiastic students from the HAN Automotive Engineering course.
