✨It was an absolute pleasure, together with Backstage Pass.NL, to visit the crew behind 'Dermot Kennedy' at AFAS Live in Amsterdam last week.
The participants gained an incredible amount from meeting the crew, while the crew themselves got a refreshing break from the routine of tour life.

"What an incredible day it was, shadowing a touring production team from early morning until the last truck had left the loading bay late in the evening 🚛 from load-in to showtime
We were introduced to everything from stage management and catering to audio and production management etc. It was so inspiring to meet the people behind the many different areas of work behind a show. Spending time with the women on the crew and hearing about their roles and journeys in the industry was a real highlight, as was learning what it’s like to tour – not least as a woman in the touring world ✨
The day wrapped up with watching the show from FOH, seeing everything come together in real time and gaining a true sense of what it takes – and how many people are involved behind the scenes 🔥
A big thank you to Sam, Ali, Jake and Elliot, and the whole team, for such an insightful experience and for taking the time out of your busy day to inspire us for our future career in the live event industry!"
