De woongroep bestaat uit 5 personen.

Naar verwachting kunnen we 1 juli intrekken in de Nieuwe Meent.

Further in the building we share flexible spaces for all kinds of events etc., a laundry room, (vegetable) garden and more.

The living group will consist of 5 persons.

The rent is max €700 per person incl.

We expect to be able to move into de Nieuwe Meent on July 1.

Laatst is namelijk het allerhoogste punt van de bouw van het de Nieuwe Meent-pand bereikt. Zonder jullie steun was het halen van deze mijlpaal niet mogelijk geweest. Jullie verdienen een feestje!

Slide 2 shows the floor plan of the floor of the 55+ living group. Slides 3 and 4 show an artistic impression of what it might look like in real life.

You will rent a floor with 3 or 4 others in which you will have a private room of 17m2 to yourself. You will then share the two bathrooms, one of which is wheelchair-accessible, a living room (64m2) and a spacious kitchen with your fellow residents.

Cost

De wooncoöperatie kan een oplossing zijn voor de wooncrisis. Maar dan moet er wel financiering voor zijn. Mede-oprichter Josta van Bockxmeer beschrijft in dit artikel voor De Correspondent hoe moeilijk die te krijgen is. En hoe de Nieuwe Meent uiteindelijk als eerste Nederlandse wooncoöperatie een hypotheek kreeg bij een Nederlandse bank voor de bouw van een nieuw pand. Een doorbraak!

The housing cooperative can be a solution to the housing crisis. But then it needs financing. Co-founder Josta van Bockxmeer describes in this article for De Correspondent how hard it is to get it. And how de Nieuwe Meent eventually became the first Dutch housing cooperative to get a mortgage from a Dutch bank for the construction of a new building. A breakthrough!

Inschrijvingen zijn nu open!

Zondag hebben we alle vragen beantwoord voor een online publiek van ongeveer 50 mensen! Maak je geen zorgen als je de bijeenkomst hebt gemist: we hebben alles gebundeld in een 'bijlage' zodat iedereen dezelfde informatie krijgt.

Ook als je wel bij de bijeenkomst was kan er nieuwe informatie in staan, omdat we er ook nog vragen beantwoorden die na de bijeenkomst binnen kwamen. Zorg er dus voor dat je het leest voordat je de volgende stappen neemt. Je vindt de bijlage op onze website:
