PLAAN Annual Gathering at FENIX Museum, Rotterdam
In November 2025, PLAAN (Plataforma de Arquitectos Latinoamericanos en Holanda) held its annual gathering at the newly opened FENIX Museum of Migration in Rotterdam.
The visit offered a powerful spatial and cultural experience, where architecture, history, and storytelling intersect. Exploring FENIX together sparked meaningful conversations about migration, identity, and the role of architecture in shaping collective memory—topics that resonate deeply within our community of Latin American architects practicing in the Netherlands.
Beyond the museum visit, the gathering was a great opportunity to reconnect, exchange perspectives, and strengthen the network that PLAAN continues to build across disciplines and cultures.
