Our Hub of Verified Solutions is a centralised platform where every listed product has been verified through comparative Life Cycle Assessment ( ), the internationally recognised method (ISO 14040/14044) for measuring impact across a product’s life cycle. Not self-reported, and not marketing language, but independently assessed by specialist LCA institutes and universities.⁠

The Hub is open to any supplier whose products touch the superyacht industry, design, build, operation, refit, or consumer use. If your product genuinely reduces environmental impact, this is where it belongs.⁠

Happy World Oceans Day! 🌊🐠🐬

Today we recognise that we all share our oceans, an extraordinary life‑support system that regulates the climate, produces much of the oxygen we breathe, and connects every corner of our blue planet, highlighting that our future depends on the vitality of the seas.

The superyacht industry, intrinsically linked to the ocean’s wellbeing, has both a responsibility and an opportunity to be part of the solution. At the Foundation, we champion innovation and change, investing in efforts that reduce impact, restore ecosystems, and protect biodiversity.

“One Ocean, One Climate, One Future – Together” isn’t just a theme, it’s a shared call to action. The ocean connects us all, collectively we can safeguard the oceans for generations to come. 💙⚓

Happy (early) World Boating Day! 🚤🌊

This year, the Water Revolution Foundation team celebrated World Boating Day with a special family potluck picnic to celebrate the joy of life on the water. This picnic potluck brought our team, , , and together for a day of connection and community.

We’re also recognising the people across the superyacht industry who make this world possible, the engineers, designers, builders, crew, and innovators working to move the industry forward in a more sustainable direction.⚓

We hope everyone has a chance to celebrate World Boating Day on 24 May and appreciate life on the water! 🌊

Water Revolution Foundation Appoints Leah Werner as new Executive Director

We are proud to announce the appointment of Leah Werner as the new Executive Director of Water Revolution Foundation, effective 1 January 2026, succeeding Robert van Tol.

Trained as a biological oceanographer, Leah joins us with 13+ years of leadership experience at the intersection of environmental science, policy, and implementation, with a career centred on translating scientific concepts for non-technical audiences, decision-makers, and industry stakeholders.
In this next chapter, Leah’s extensive background will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities to scale the programme, ensuring it continues to grow in impact and reach.

We extend our deepest gratitude to Rober van Tol for his founding leadership and commitment to the foundation since its inception.
