Who says a career in finance is only about numbers? 👀

Last Friday, 30 students from Enactus teams across the Netherlands came together in Amsterdam for a Bloomberg Finance Pathways session to learn from industry leaders about their unique career paths - and the unexpected skills that they use every day. 💡🌍

This session brought new perspectives about what a career in finance looks like by highlighting a diversity of paths, backgrounds, and roles that lead into the industry. Students explored financial markets and heard from a panel of experienced leaders about their career journeys. One of the key takeaways? Soft skills like adaptability, creativity, and critical thinking will be important differentiators in the growing age of AI.

A big thank you to Bloomberg for this inspiring day! 🙌
