We are the only English speaking Rotary club in Amsterdam. We meet most Mondays at 6:30 p.m. for dinner at the Amsterdam Hilton Hotel. Please send a DM.

Due to Covid, we are not meeting every week and visitors must request attendance though the club.

Yesterday, seven members of Rotary Club Amsterdam International had the pleasure of welcoming 27 Rotarians from seven Sicilian clubs:
- Rotary Club Agrigento
- ⁠Rotary Club Canicattì
- ⁠Rotary Club Palermo Monreale
- ⁠Rotary Club Grammichele Sud Simeto
- ⁠Rotary Club Modica
- ⁠Rotary Club Cefalù Madonie
- ⁠Rotary Club Palermo Monte Pellegrino.

Together, we spent a wonderful afternoon strengthening our fellowship and friendship.

We began with a meeting, including the official exchange Rotary flags. Afterwards, we enjoyed a 45-minute walk through Westerpark, followed by a memorable boat tour with drinks, great conversations, and even some singing on board.

The day gave us the opportunity to meet new people, start new friendships, and continue building the fellowship that makes Rotary so special. Thank you to all RCAI participants for making it such an enjoyable and meaningful gathering.

❤️ What an incredible evening!

Yesterday, Rotary Club Amsterdam International hosted its Fundraising Gala in support of children with disabilities in Cameroon. Our goal was to raise funds for a vehicle that will safely transport children to and from the rehabilitation centre, giving them better access to the care and support they need.

We are thrilled to share that we have successfully reached our fundraising target of €15,000! This achievement reflects the generosity, compassion, and commitment of everyone who attended, donated, sponsored, bid in the auction, volunteered, and supported our cause.

A special thank you goes to our Organization Committee and all volunteers whose hard work ensured that the evening ran smoothly and created such a warm and inspiring atmosphere.

We are also grateful for the sponsorship commitment from InterAdam!

Together, we are helping create new opportunities for children with disabilities in Cameroon and supporting their journey toward rehabilitation, inclusion, and a brighter future.

Thank you for making a meaningful difference in the lives of these children. ❤️

It was an honor and a true pleasure to welcome President James Kyeyune from Uganda to Rotary Club Amsterdam International.

A highlight of the visit was the meaningful exchange of Rotary flags — a cherished tradition symbolizing unity, respect, and the shared values that connect Rotarians across the world. This simple yet powerful gesture reflects our global commitment to service above self.

You are cordially invited to attend the Gala Fundraising Evening in support of disabled children in Yaoundé, Cameroon.

The purpose of this event is to raise funds for the purchase of a dedicated vehicle to ensure their safe and reliable transportation.

*Event Details*
- Date: 30 May 2026
- Time: 18:30
- Venue: Amsterdam Marriott Hotel

All Rotary members are warmly invited to attend with their partners and are requested to extend this invitation to their guests, network and friends in support of this meaningful cause.

*Tickets*
- Price: € 125,- per person
- Each Rotary member is kindly requested to purchase at least one or two tickets, regardless of attendance.
- Please note that the difference between the total funds raised through ticket sales and the amount payable to the Marriott Hotel will be donated directly to the project in Cameroon.
- Tickets may be reserved through Dragana Radisic

*Fundraising Activities*
- To help maximize our impact, the evening will include a charity auction and raffle.
- ⁠We kindly request each member to contribute by donating a product, service or experience. Your efforts in sourcing valuable vouchers and items will make a significant difference in supporting children in urgent need.
- Pooja will be reaching out individually to coordinate contributions for the auction and raffle.
- Auction items will also be circulated in advance via a PowerPoint presentation, allowing initial bids to be placed prior to the event.

This Monday we had a wonderful visit at Rotary Club Amsterdam International!

We were delighted to welcome a visiting Rotarian from Belgrade Nikola Purevic, reminding us once again how truly global the Rotary family is. 🌍

One of the most beautiful things about Rotary International is the opportunity to connect across borders, cultures, and professions — sharing ideas, experiences, and friendship while working toward a common goal of service above self.

Exchanges like this make our network stronger and our world a little smaller in the best possible way. Looking forward to many more inspiring international connections & fellow Rotarians.

Today we have hosted speaker Liselotte Willems that made a presentation of "Het Vergeten Kind" ("The Forgotten Child"), a Dutch organization that has been committed to vulnerable children and young people in the Netherlands who grow up in an unsafe or unstable home situation or are forced to stay in a sheltering location.

The association works to ensure these children feel heard, seen and suported, offering them a chance to a brighter future

Do you know that there is more then 100.000 forgotten kids in The Netherlands? Will you do something about it ?

Last night RCAI visited Moychay.nl Amsterdam Tea Culture Club with amazing tea expert and tea lover Shevelev. He shared his stories and passion about Chinese tea , production of tea, experience living in China for 10 years and guided us through tea ceremony. Very lovely Rotarian evening.
