TWO Dutch starters shared the floor at the same time. Quinten Post put up a career-high 22 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 blocks while Malevy Leons added points, assists, blocks and grit as well.

Sneaky High IQ Basketball Play 👇

Duke shows Spain and knows Virginia’s coverage (switching it out with the Spain man), in stead of setting the Spain screen, Duke quickly flips it into an exit screen set and gets a wide open look for Derrin Harris. 👇

Jon Scheyer and his staff have been impressive this year and have been really creative with their Spain variations, more coming in soon!

Another historic evening for Dutch basketball 🇳🇱

Last night the homies combined for 21 points, 16 rebounds, 2 assists, 3 blocks and 3 steals in a win for the Golden State Warriors over the Memphis Grizzlies. 🔥

Malevy Leons scored a career high 9 points and added 8 boards, 2 steals, 2 assists and a block in 18 minutes.

Quinten added in 12 points, 8 rebounds, 2 blocks and a steal as well.

Another one! This might seem like a small step for people outside of our country. 🇳🇱

But for us this is an inspiration, a door opening after years and years of hard work, without knowing if this would ever be possible. 💭

A dream materialised. And we all saw it happen right before our eyes.

And you know what? It might just mean others can do it, too. 👀

3 take aways from the Best Game of the Year for Quinten Post last night 👇

QP’s been knocking down shots all year, but he’s also been making huge strides on the defensive end and is finishing around the rim at a high rate.

3 Big Take Aways:

1. Defensively - on the drop coverage, he’s always at the LEVEL of the screen and is starting to really play the spacial game. Also consistently makes sure he gets GREAT position for potential rebounds after contested looks. 😤

2. On the offensive end he’s actively LOOKING to shoot, most rookies are happy when they get the ball, Quinten’s starting to SCREAM at his teammates when he’s wide open. Intentionality is everything if you want to be a knockdown shooter. 🎯

3. Knowing and perfecting your role is a MAJOR part at the highest level. The Post Man is reducing turnovers and not forcing the issue at all. Playing with Steph (while he’s dropping 50+) can make the game VERY easy is you learn how to let it. 🧠

Young bigs pay close attention, you have to do more than just shoot hook-shots these days…
