🌻 SANCTUARY DAY at STICHTING GOEDLAND 🦋

Join us on Saturday, 18 April, to help out at animal sanctuary Stichting Goedland in Den Bosch! 🐐
We'll start with a warm drink 🍵 and a guided tour of the sanctuary, and then have a 'seasonal veggies' 🥬 potluck for lunch!
Afterwards, there will be plenty of time to spend with the animals, working in the vegetable garden 👩‍🌾, or doing some repairs 🛠️ and odd jobs around the sanctuary.

🗓️ DATE: Saturday, 18 April 2026, at 12:00 p.m.

📍 LOCATION: Kruiskampsingel 565A, 5224 KL, ‘s-Hertogenbosch

🚉 TRAVEL: Gather at 11:30 at Den Bosch Centraal (we'll travel together by bus, it's around 15 minutes), or meet at 12:00 at the sanctuary

🌱 Trip to VeggieWorld Düsseldorf 🌱

Join us on March 28-29th for a trip to VeggieWorld in Düsseldorf (Germany). This is one of the biggest vegan festivals in Europe, with over 100 vegan food stalls! There will also be talks and workshops and lots of food tastings 😋

On March 28th we will meet in Eindhoven in the morning/afternoon to take the Flixbus to Düsseldorf. The trip from Eindhoven to Düsseldorf will only take 1,5 hours. On Saturday we will explore the city of Düsseldorf and spend the night there in a hostel, so the next morning on Sunday we are ready to go all out at VeggieWorld! 🎉

📍 Location: Areal Böhler - Kaltstahlhalle, Hansaallee 321, 40549 Düsseldorf
🕐 Meet up: Eindhoven Central Station in the morning/afternoon at March 28th
💰 Fee: €65,00*

*The fee includes the entrance ticket to VeggieWorld, transport with Flixbus from Eindhoven to Düsseldorf (round trip), and one overnight stay at a hostel in the city of Düsseldorf. The fee does not include the trip to Eindhoven, local transport in Düsseldorf, food, or personal shopping. Together with other members/friends of your local VSA, you can purchase a group ticket to Eindhoven Central Station, which will reduce the cost.

On the first Sunday of August, we visited Stichting Goedland! 🐣 We started the day with a tour and did some volunteering 💪 As a reward from all the hard work, we got some pumpkin and zucchini soup made from the local veggies in the garden😋 And… of course we gave the animals lots and lots of hugs💚🧡
