It was my honor to attend the historical event at the European Parliament initiated by the Mission of Kazakhstan to the EU .

Unique historical maps have been presented to the European Union. 17 years of research conducted by Dr. Mukhit-Ardager Sydyknazarov reflect the Kazakh State on the European and American maps of the XVI-XIX centuries.

The book which includes 130 historical maps was published in Belgium to honor the fact that Belgium and Dutch cartograkhers were among the first to include the Kazakh State in their atlases.

Visited the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kingdom of Belgium Embassy of Kazakhstan in Brussels today and was delighted to meet HE Ambassador, Margulan Baimukhan.

I had an opportunity to introduce plans of the Naǵyz Beauty of Kazakhstan Foundation, exchange ideas and get a boost of positive energy from a compatriot.

Diplomatic Mission of Kazakhstan in Belgium has supported Nağyz Beauty of Kazakhstan Foundation from the beginning and participated in the first online event - the concert of the state concert organization "Qazaqconcert" Qazaqconcert мемлекеттік концерттік ұйымы .

Naýryz kóje is a traditional kazakh dish served in every home during the Naýryz holiday.

Naýryz kózhe consists of seven essential ingredients, which symbolize happiness, luck, wisdom, health, wealth, rapid growth and the patronage of heaven. In Kazakh world number seven is sacred, it is a symbol of prosperity and luck. There is a belief that if you taste Naýryz kóje in seven houses, then the year will be successful!

Naǵyz Beauty of Kazakhstan Foundation Launch Event

I am delighted to announce the incorporation of the Naǵyz Beauty of Kazakhstan Foundation (NBKZ) in the Netherlands and would like to share exciting news of the upcoming launch event.

The NBKZ Foundation is aiming to showcase the cultural heritage as well as the “Real Beauty” of the Republic of Kazakhstan through a focus on traditions, music, art and tourism. The essence of the project lies in its name: "naǵyz" (Kazakh word; in the Latin Kazakh alphabet) - real, true.

The project was founded on March 22, 2020 on the festive day of Nauryz proclaimed by the United Nations General Assembly as the “International day of Nauryz". Nauryz, meaning “new day”, is an ancestral festivity marking the first day of spring and the renewal of nature. Celebrated for over 3000 years in the Balkans, the Black Sea Basin, the Caucasus, Central Asia, the Middle East and other regions, it promotes values of peace and solidarity between generations and within families as well as reconciliation and neighbourliness. As it contributes to cultural diversity and friendship among peoples and different communities, Nauryz resonates closely with UNESCO’s mandate and the personal values of the Founder | Chairperson of the Naǵyz Beauty of Kazakhstan Foundation, Ainur Arashapova.

As the Founder and Cultural Ambassador, Ainur’s mission within the NBKZ Foundation is to profile her cultural identity, against the backdrop of the beauty of her Motherland, Kazakhstan. It is a new and exciting beginning for her to initiate this onerous project!
