Meet Andrej Bielicky, Founder and Managing Director of Miina, an Austrian care and nursing platform that helps families quickly and reliably find verified caregivers and qualified nursing professionals. Konstantin Kalabin is a Marketplace Strategy and Monetization Consultant with 20 years of experience in the marketplaces industry, completing numerous consulting projects for automotive, real estate, professional services, travel and niche marketplaces, as well as the leading private equity and venture investors in these industries.

Frode was one of the four original founders of FINN.no (serving 10 years as CFO/COO), and later served as Senior Vice President/Asset owner at Schibsted Classified Media, overseeing marketplace operations across 20 countries. His leadership journey also includes roles as CEO of Schibsted Spain, and leadership positions at regional powerhouses like Talabat and Property Finder.

Today, Frode works as an independent advisor helping classifieds and marketplaces unlock value-based growth strategies and scale emerging technologies like PropTexx.com and PropPilot.ai.
