E-Mentorship Recognised as an Erasmus+ Good Practice

E-Mentorship strengthens early childhood education by pairing experienced teachers with novice preschool teachers in disadvantaged schools through a structured one-to-one e-mentoring model designed to improve classroom practice and children’s learning experiences.

Key results include mentor training via dedicated e-learning modules, a web portal that matches mentors and mentees and supports ongoing interactions and evaluation, and research-based tools such as self- and expert-assessment checklists, reflective notes, and handbooks to embed quality and sustainability.

The consortium brings together Adıyaman University (Türkiye) as the coordinator, with partners from the Netherlands (ILA), Poland, Italy, and Sweden, aligning practice, research, and dissemination to ensure take-up beyond the project's lifetime.
