🌿 Jungle Kitchen Lead Wanted — Space Holder Position 🌿
InanItah is looking for a Jungle Kitchen Space Holder to help lead our communal kitchen, the heart of daily life here. We as a community cook together from what our permaculture farm and local growers provide. Think fresh, vegetarian, farm-to-table food, made with intention.
What we need is someone to keep the kitchen running smoothly alongside that: overseeing organization, ordering and managing food supplies, and making sure everything is in order for our communal meals.
This is a full-time Space Holder role for someone ready to take real ownership — shaping how the kitchen runs and carrying a piece of the InanItah vision as your own. The role is meant for the whole season (till February 15th), and in return, you're woven fully into jungle life here, ongoing activities, community, and the rhythm of the volcano.
Experience in a kitchen, communal, professional, or otherwise, is wanted. If you know your way around a ladle, love feeding people well, and want to do it on a volcano in Nicaragua, we want to hear from you.
📅 Open now through February 15
