Felicitamos a los 8 participantes que hoy se gradúan como Facilitadores de Sanar las Heridas del Corazón. 🎓🎉

Durante este entrenamiento inicial, aprendieron que facilitar no es predicar, sino acompañar y guiar mediante el diálogo y la participación activa. Tras intensas prácticas, ganaron la confianza necesaria para liderar y lograron elaborar su plan de acción para abrir sus primeros grupos de sanidad.

¡Gracias por su compromiso y amor para guiar a otros en su proceso de restauración y sanidad! ❤️

We congratulate the 8 participants graduating today as "Trauma Healing" Facilitators. 🎓🎉

During this initial training, they learned that facilitating is not about preaching, but rather walking with and guiding others through dialogue and active participation. After intensive practice, they gained the confidence needed to lead and successfully developed action plans to launch their first healing groups.

Thank you for your commitment and love in guiding others through their journey of restoration and healing! ❤️

¡EL PODER DEL PERDÓN EN ACCIÓN!

Nos alegra profundamente haber caminado junto a un grupo de líderes de la iglesia en el taller "Sanar Heridas del Corazón". En esta ocasión, festejamos la graduación de 10 participantes que se atrevieron a mirar hacia adentro, identificar dolores pasados y recientes, y llevarlos al único lugar donde hay verdadera transformación: la Cruz de Jesús. Fue un tiempo de vulnerabilidad, perdón y reconciliación. Una de nuestras participantes nos compartió un testimonio hermoso:"También aprendí a reconocer mi falta e ir a pedir perdón para buscar la reconciliación en la relación con mi hija".

THE POWER OF FORGIVENESS IN ACTION!
We are deeply delighted to have walked alongside a group of church leaders in the "Trauma Healing" workshop. On this occasion, we celebrated the graduation of 10 participants who dared to look within, identify past and recent hurts, and bring them to the only place where true transformation happens: the Cross of Jesus. It was a time of vulnerability, forgiveness, and reconciliation. One of our participants shared a beautiful testimony: "I also learned to acknowledge my own faults and go ask for forgiveness in order to seek reconciliation in my relationship with my daughter."

¡CUIDANDO AL QUE CUIDA! ❤️✨

El liderazgo eclesial es un llamado hermoso, pero también implica una agenda llena de responsabilidades. Por eso, nos reunimos con nuestros voluntarios de León y Chinandega para reflexionar sobre el autocuidado.
Para seguir acompañando a otros con amor y entrega, primero debemos hacer una pausa, tomar aliento y fortalecer nuestro propio corazón. ¡Gracias a cada líder por su entrega y por recordar que cuidar de sí mismo también es parte de la misión! 🙏💪


CARING FOR THE CAREGIVER! ❤️✨

Church leadership is a beautiful calling, but it also entails a schedule packed with responsibilities. That is why we met with our volunteers from León and Chinandega to reflect on self-care.

To continue supporting others with love and dedication, we must first pause, catch our breath, and strengthen our own hearts. Thank you to every leader for your dedication and for remembering that taking care of yourself is also part of the mission! 🙏💪

🙌 ¡48 FAMILIAS CAMINANDO HACIA LA RESTAURACIÓN EN EL HOGAR! 🙌

Nos alegra compartir el impacto del proyecto Cristo y Familia, donde 48 núcleos familiares se capacitaron en Prácticas Restaurativas desde una perspectiva bíblica. Durante estos talleres, padres, tutores y adolescentes se unieron para aprender formas prácticas de resolver conflictos.

Los testimonios de los participantes nos llenan de esperanza:
✨ Agradecemos al Centro Nehemías por su apoyo. El proyecto vino a abrir nuestros ojos sobre cómo Dios visiona a la familia y cómo trabajar para permanecer unidos”. – Madre de familia.

🙌 48 FAMILIES WALKING TOWARD RESTORATION IN THE HOME! 🙌

We are delighted to share the impact of the Christ and Family project, through which 48 families received training in restorative practices from a biblical perspective. During the workshops, parents, guardians, and teenagers came together to learn practical ways to resolve conflicts.

Participant testimonies fill us with hope:
✨ "We are grateful to the Nehemiah Center for their support. The project opened our eyes to God’s vision for the family and how to work toward staying united." – A mother.

20 directores y maestros se sumergieron en el propósito del Desarrollo Holístico (cabeza, corazón y manos) dentro de una educación Cristo-céntrica.Recordamos que el papel del educador va más allá de las aulas, es una invitación directa a los alumnos a formar parte de la historia de Dios, inspirándolos a ser discípulos de por vida. 🔥🙌🏼

CONFERENCIA ANUAL PASTORAL

¡Damos gracias a Dios por un tiempo bendecido! 🙌 Queremos agradecer con mucho cariño, a más de 80 pastores y líderes eclesiales de Managua y Carazo que nos acompañaron en nuestra Conferencia Anual “Cosmovisión Bíblica”. Fue un espacio maravilloso para compartir en comunidad, dialogar en grupos pequeños, aprender a ver el mundo a través de los lentes de Dios y recordar la importancia de ser y hacer todas las cosas desde una perspectiva del Reino de Dios. ¡Muchas gracias a cada uno por su valioso compromiso con la iglesia y el liderazgo! ⛪️


ANNUAL PASTORAL CONFERENCE

We thank God for such a blessed time! 🙌 We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to the more than 80 pastors and church leaders from Managua and Carazo who joined us for our Annual Pastoral Conference, focused on “Biblical Worldview.” It was a wonderful opportunity to share in community, engage in small group discussions, learn to see the world through God’s eyes, and remember the importance of being and doing all things from a “Kingdom of God” perspective. Thank you so much to each one of you for your valuable commitment to the church and leadership! ⛪️

Hoy celebramos la labor de Lourdes durante sus 15 años de servicio en el Centro Nehemías.

Lourdes ha demostrado un gran amor, amabilidad, servicio y dedicación a su trabajo. Fue una persona fundamental del equipo de hospitalidad, preparando cientos de comidas para los visitantes del Centro Nehemías a lo largo de los años y asegurándose de que tanto el personal como los visitantes tuvieran un espacio limpio para trabajar y descansar.

Deseamos que Dios continúe bendiciendo su vida en esta nueva etapa, disfrutando de su jubilación junto a su familia y amigos.

¡Que Dios la siga bendiciendo!

Today at the Nehemiah Center we celebrate the work of Lourdes during her 15 years of service.

Lourdes demonstrated so much love, service and dedication to her job. She has been such a huge part of the hospitality team, making hundreds of meals for visitors to the Nehemiah Center over the years and making sure that staff and visitors alike have a clean space to work and rest.

We wish that God continues to bless her life in this new phase, enjoying her retirement with her family and friends.

May God continue to bless her!

CAMINANDO A LA SANIDAD DEL CORAZÓN

Queremos celebrar que más de 62 participantes de las ciudades de Chinandega, Managua y Carazo finalizaron y se graduaron del taller de Sanar Heridas del Corazón. Es increíble cómo se dispusieron hacia el camino de la sanidad interior, que no solo requiere tiempo sino valentía para enfrentar las diferentes heridas y traumas, permitiendo que la obra del Espíritu Santo sea sanando sus corazones.

"El SEÑOR está cerca de los quebrantados de corazón, y salva a los de espíritu abatido." Salmo 34:18 NVI

WALKING THE PATH OF TRAUMA HEALING

We are thrilled that over 62 participants from the cities of Chinandega, Managua, and Carazo completed and graduated from the Trauma Healing workshop. It is incredible how participants embraced the path of inner healing, which requires not only time but also courage, to confront their various wounds and traumas, allowing the Holy Spirit to work in their hearts.

"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Psalm 34:18 NIV

“LET’S GET TO WORK!”: SERVING IN DIFFERENT WAYS

Hope Church Innerkip continued their pattern of serving by hosting a “Car Clinic” for various cars in the Nehemiah Center community offering a basic diagnosis, oil change and car wash. Certain members of Hope Church Innerkip were excited to serve in this way because of their background in car mechanics. Students from Nicaragua Christian Academy Nejapa were also invited to participate and observe an oil change. One member expressed “I was expecting things to be different here than what I do back home [in Canada]. It was a little difficult at the beginning but I did get used to it… One aspect that I enjoyed was talking to the owners of the cars here in Nicaragua with the help of the translator. I do it all the time in Canada but it was such a cool experience and such a blessing to do it in Nicaragua.”

“¡MANOS A LA OBRA!”: SIRVIENDO DE DIFERENTES MANERAS

La Iglesia Hope Church Innerkip, también decidió tomar un tiempo para realizar “Chequeo de Carros” para varios vehículos de la comunidad del Centro Nehemías, ofreciendo diagnósticos básicos, cambio de aceite y lavado de autos. Algunos miembros del grupo se mostraron entusiasmados por servir de esta manera debido a su experiencia en mecánica automotriz. Estudiantes de la Nicaragua Christian Academy Nejapa también fueron invitados a participar y observar un cambio de aceite. Un miembro comentó: “Esperaba que las cosas fueran diferentes aquí a como lo hago en mi país [Canadá]. Fue un poco difícil al principio, pero me acostumbré… Algo que disfruté fue hablar con los dueños de los carros aquí en Nicaragua con la ayuda del traductor. Lo hago todo el tiempo en Canadá, pero fue una experiencia genial y una gran bendición hacerlo en Nicaragua”.
