LA VIDA DUELE, EL AMOR SANA

Un tiempo de gran bendición compartido con 14 adolescentes, miembros de uno de los Círculos de Discipulado Juvenil, donde les acompañamos en el camino de sanidad emocional a través del taller “La vida duele el Amor sana”. Fue de gran regocijo e impresionante ver como cada joven disfruto cada dinámica, sus conversaciones en los grupos pequeños, reconocer el valor que les ha dado Dios, llevar su dolor a Jesús y ser invitados al perdón para ellos mismo y los demás, así como encontrando maneras sanas de cuidarse y tranquilizarse durante los momentos difíciles. En muchos de los adolescentes fue notable el poder fortalecer sus emociones y su valor, entre los demás; conectar con sus compañeros y reconocer dentro de su red de amigos, a muchos de los que estaban en este grupo.
LIFE HURTS, BUT LOVE HEALS
Recently, a group of 14 teenagers were able to share a beautiful time together. These individuals are part of a Youth Discipleship group who have been going through an emotional healing journey and recently received a workshop called “Life Hurts, but Love Heals” It was a joy to see how each participant enjoyed each aspect of the training and engaged in conversation in small groups. Together, they were able to recognize their value in Christ, bring their pain to the cross, and were invited to forgive themselves and others. In each aspect, they were able to find healthy ways to care for themselves and find peace in difficult times. It was remarkable to see the way the event strengthened their emotional intelligence and value as well as the relationships with each other as they could deepen friendships and support one another.
