During the third week of August, we visited five schools and several communities to address the important issue of school violence. We discussed different forms of bullying and abuse among children and youth, encouraging them to seek peaceful solutions rather than responding with insults or violence. We also encouraged parents to talk openly with their children about their experiences at school and how they can stay safe. Through these conversations, we continue helping families build safer communities grounded in respect, compassion, and God’s love.

We are grateful to Pastor Silvio Sánchez for welcoming us and partnering with us to equip his congregation with new tools for sharing the Good News. This meeting opened the door for greater collaboration and strengthened our commitment for supporting the congregation in its evangelistic mission. We also appreciate the coordination of our Project JOEL Coordinator, Claren Zapata, in making this ministry opportunity possible.

During a meaningful visit to the Chinandega Mission, we gathered with Pastors and Deaconesses from different parts of Nicaragua to help strengthen their evangelistic ministry. We also introduced this month’s “Morals, Values, and Priorities” booklet, providing copies for them to use and share in their communities. These resources will help them reach more people with a message of hope, salvation, and God’s love, while encouraging those seeking faith to connect with a local congregation.
