Piece of Hope is a non-profit ministry that provides special education services to individuals in rural Nicaragua.

Paige made her first trip to Nicaragua in 2013 on a week long trip with New Harmony Baptist Church. She immediately knew that Nicaragua had captured a special place in her heart but it wasn't until 2016 that she knew for sure God wanted her there to bring hope in the form of the Gospel along side special education services to children and their families. Paige will be relocated to Nicaragua to be

Since then the piece of hope has served over 80 families and students who have disabilities including autism, Down syndrome, speech disorders, learning disabilities, physical disabilities & much more. We serve students through our different programs which include early stimulation, speech therapy and caregiver training, our primary program for students 4-14 years of age and our vocational program fit students 15 years or older. The team now includes 5 Nicaraguan teachers who have leaned alongside Paige how to provide individualized one on one services to these students while sharing with their families about the love of Jesus!

Across 9 years the piece of hope has provided individualized special education services including ABA therapy to show the love of Jesus to everyone who comes through our doors! Estamos muy alegre para empezar el año de terapias 2026 con un tiempo dando gracias al Señor por lo que nos ha dado! También enfocamos en los proyectos que van hacer este año! Pedimos su oraciones por el año que viene!

We are beyond thankful for the Lords continued provision in 2025! We ended the year with our annual celebration highlighting the birth of our Savior! We are thankful for each family who has come to the Piece of Hope seeking help & Hope for their loved ones, and for each donor who keeps our doors open to share the Hope of our savior daily!

Since 2018 we have leaned on the Lords provision to guide our ministry as He desires, and we will continue to do so in 2026!

At the Piece of Hope Fridays are for our vocational group! And yesterday we got to celebrate the birthday of one of our friends! Each person brought a fruit to share and then all contributed in making fruit salad. After a lesson, and a game we sang happy birthday! 🎉💙🧩
