APPRECIATION MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Dear Esteemed NAESites,

Today, I am filled with nothing but gratitude, joy, and deep appreciation as I reflect on the beautiful turnout and spirit displayed during our NAES Sports Awareness Day 2026.

On behalf of the entire leadership of the National Association of Ebira Students (NAES), Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria Chapter, and on my own behalf, I sincerely say THANK YOU to every NAESite who took the time, despite the demands of academics, personal commitments, and other responsibilities, to show up and make today a memorable one.

Your presence was more than just attendance. You came with your energy, your smiles, your support, your competitive spirit, and most importantly, your love for NAES. Every race, every game, every cheer, every laugh, and every moment spent together demonstrated the strength of our unity as one family.

Today reminded us that NAES is more than an association; NAES is a family. A family that stands together, celebrates together, and creates beautiful memories together.

To those who wanted to attend but, due to one reason or another, could not make it today, we see you, we appreciate you, and we are grateful for your intentions. Your inability to be physically present does not make you any less a part of this family. We sincerely hope to have you with us at our next gathering.

A special appreciation also goes to everyone who contributed in one way or another towards the success of this event, the organizers, coordinators, volunteers, athletes, supporters, and every individual who played a role, whether big or small. Your efforts did not go unnoticed.

As President, I am deeply proud of what we achieved today. The smiles on our faces, the unity we displayed, and the memories we created are a testament to what we can accomplish when we come together.

To every NAESite who showed up today: THANK YOU FOR BELIEVING IN US. THANK YOU FOR SHOWING UP. THANK YOU FOR MAKING NAES STRONGER.

🌟 NAES Personality Of The Day 🌟

It is another beautiful day to celebrate one of our own, a personality whose journey reminds us that every member plays an important role in making NAES special.

Today, we celebrate Muhammed Jamiu Dauda, a proud son of Okehi LGA and a student of Information Science. Though he has never held an official position in NAES, his presence has always been felt through his participation and support for the association.
His most memorable NAES experience remains the Ebira Cultural Display, while Apapa Day stands out as his favorite NAES program. To him, NAES represents one simple but powerful word.. Unity.
A place where Ebira students come together as one family, regardless of background.
With his eyes set on venturing into Business after graduation, he carries a mindset rooted in faith, believing that "With God, all things are possible." His final message to every NAESite is both simple and inspiring:

🌟 NAES personality Of The Day 🌟

Some names are remembered for the positions they hold, while others are remembered for the memories they create. Today's personality represents both. A Sunshine who don't need to make noise before they are noticed. Their dedication, consistency, and cheerful spirit speak louder than words.

Today's spotlight shines on Lois Onozasi Ahmed, a proud daughter of Okene LGA, a Computer Science student, and the Secretary General of NAES. She is one of those leaders who understands that leadership is about service, commitment, and creating an environment where everyone feels valued.
For Lois, NAES is truly a home away from home, a place that has given her memories, friendships, and opportunities to grow. Among the moments she treasures the most is the unforgettable NAES Cultural Day 2025, a program that beautifully celebrated our Ebira heritage and strengthened the bond among students.
After graduation, she looks forward to serving the nation through NYSC, while carrying with her a lesson that continues to inspire her:
"Everyone has their own timeline; focus on yours."
It is a reminder that comparison steals joy, and every journey unfolds at its own perfect pace.
As Secretary General, Lois has contributed immensely to the smooth running of the association through dedication, organization, and selfless service. Her leadership reflects responsibility, teamwork, and a genuine passion for the progress of NAES.
To every NAESITE, her parting message is simple but meaningful: "Farewell." Not as a goodbye, but as a reminder that every ending marks the beginning of a new chapter filled with greater possibilities.

Every NAESite contributes a unique chapter to our story. Today, we celebrate another amazing personality whose journey continues to inspire.

Meet Zubairu Abdulhadi Omeiza, the Senator representing the Faculty of Administration in NAES. A student of Public Administration, he has continued to contribute to the growth of the association while creating lasting memories with the NAES family.
For him, Apapa Day 2025 remains his most memorable NAES experience, while the NAES Iftar stands out as his favourite programme. Describing NAES in one word, he simply says "Memorable," a reflection of the impact the association has had on his journey.
Looking ahead, his goal is clear: to make those millions. Guided by the belief that "What will be, will be....he encourages every member with these simple but powerful words:

Meet Ajinomoh Shukurat Ozavize, a proud student of Agricultural Economics* who sees NAES as a true "home away from home." Although she has not held an official position in the association, her presence and participation, especially during NAES Cultural Week and Apapa Day, reflect her love for the NAES family.
Her vision for the future is simple but powerful: to build, grow, serve, and inspire, In Shaa Allah. She lives by the words:

And she leaves us with a heartfelt prayer:
