20 Al-`Alim (العليم) The Knower of All
21 Al-Qabid (القابض) The Constrictor
22. Al-Basit (الباسط) The Reliever/Expander
23 Al-Khafid (الخافض) The Abaser

To Allah,

Belongs the Ghaib (unseen) of the heavens and the earth,

And to Him all affairs will be returned (for decision).

So worship Him (O Muhammad ﷺ) and put your trust in Him.

And your Lord is not unaware of what you (people) do.”

Surah Hud, Ayah 123 (Qur'an 11:123).
