, Nigeria,Minstrel Allen developed an interest in music as a teenager, eventually studied Electrical/Electronics Engineering at the prestigious Adamawa State Polytechnic Yola (SPY) Main campus, before embarking on a professional career as a Gosple musician. Mentoring entrepreneurs across Africa in 2025 has been a truly rewarding experience. It has been a privilege to guide, support, and walk alongside passionate founders who are building sustainable businesses and creating real impact in their communities.

My favorite saying has always guided my steps:

“You don’t need to be famous or rich to make a difference you just need a willing heart.”

Anyone who has crossed paths with me knows I try to live by that. I’m not perfect, but I strive to be warm, approachable, and sincere in everything I do. If my presence gives someone a little confidence or reminds them that they still matter, then I’m grateful. Whether I’m mentoring young people or standing with someone who feels lost, I’ve learned that the real impact isn’t in numbers it’s in the quiet lives touched along the way.

I’ve seen children smile again, families breathe a little easier, and volunteers grow into compassionate leaders. These moments remind me why I do what I do. Humanitarian work isn’t something I switch on and off; it’s my way of life. I believe in a world where kindness becomes normal, where compassion isn’t rare, and where each of us accepts our part in lifting humanity.

This is the journey I’m committed to one willing heart at a time.
