Even a typical teenage girl in a rural community often has limited knowledge about menstrual hygiene and her menstrual cycle.

Now imagine how much more difficult this can be for a schoolgirl living with a disability.

This is why we are committed to teaching girls how to make reusable sanitary pads.

In communities affected by poverty, reusable pads are a cost-effective and sustainable solution. Alongside this, we will also educate them about menstrual hygiene and menstrual health.

Just £1 or 1000 naira can help a disabled schoolgirl in Jada go home with reusable pads and the knowledge she needs to manage her menstrual health with dignity.
