Nembe City Development Foundation (NCDF) is a non-governmental organisation primarily established to promote participatory partnership for sustainable community development in Nembe Kingdom and the Niger Delta region through the Global Memorandum of Understanding (GMoU) platform of Shell Petroleum Development Company Limited (SPDC). We also partner with other development agencies and donors to actualise our vision and mission.
