Students of the Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU), Ogun state, on Thursday staged a protest following the killing of a final-year student during an armed robbery attack in Ago-Iwoye, the university’s host community.

The robbery, which occurred in the early hours of Thursday, sparked outrage among students, who halted shuttle services and mobilised to demand action from relevant authorities over the worsening security situation in the university community.
