KOKORI SOCIAL CULTURAL & EMPOWERMENT ORGANIZATION (KSCEO) REACHES OUT TO 18 CHILDREN TODAY AT KOKORI COMMUNITY IN HER PROJECT ONECHILD KOKORI 2022.
Schools visited today are:
1. Kokori Mixed Secondary School, Kokori.
2. Kokori Girls Secondary School, Kokori.
3. St. Kevin's College, Kokori.
4. Anigboro Primary School, Kokori.
5. St. Anthony's Academy, Kokori.
6. Ibruwve Secondary School, Samagidi-Kokori.
ONECHILD KOKORI EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME PROJECT is a yearly educational support outreach project carried by KSCEO since September, 2021.
This year we decided to enlarge the scope to reach out to three neighbouring Kokori villages (Samagidi-Kokori, Egbogho-Kokori, Erhioke-Kokori).
Educational Support materials presented were the following:
1. Customised School Notebooks.
2. School Bags.
3. School Uniforms.
4. Writing Materials.
5. Mathematical Sets.
6. School Stockings.
Our core message to the children is that they should be hopeful because, surely their tomorrow will be greater than today if they work hard, maintain focus, read their books and learn a skill.
The students, parents, teachers and school heads present were overwhelmed with joy as they poured out torrent of prayers for all VOLUNTEERS, DONORS, SUPPORTERS and LEADERS of Kokori Social Cultural and Empowerment Organization.
The Director General and Board of Trustees used the medium to call on Ukori sons and daughters within Nigeria and in the Disapora to partner with progressive NGOs and civil society groups to impact the society positively.
This is the second phase of our community humaniatrian project within Kokori and neighbouring villages.
