When Rev. Michael Kofi Appiah, the founder and leader of Light of Faith Ministry based in Takoradi, Ghana ferried Mrs Linda Mensah to a guest house at 10 pm for an all night rendezvous, he thought it was another usual ge***al meet and greet.

Rev. Michael Kofi Appiah had been doking Mrs Linda Mensah for a while. She is a married woman and also a student. She usually used her academic commitments as a ploy to set up a piping ministration with her Daddy in the rod.

This incident happened last week. Rev. Appiah piped his way into eternal life. He thought that he was cu***ng, but little did he know that he was going.

The staff of the guest house were alerted to the banging of the door by Mrs Mensah after finding out that he was unresponsive. All efforts to resuscitate him proved abortive because he had already died.

Rev. Michael Kofi Appiah came to the guest house with his legs and left in a body bag.

Lastly, brothers, don't take s*x performance drugs to doke obirins. Don't be bothered if you are called a two minute man. Being mocked is better than being dead.

Adjoto Olumuyiwa, 53, bags life sentence for defiling six-year old girl.

A 53-YEAR-OLD man, Olumuyiwa Adjoto, has been sentenced to life imprisonment for defiling a six year old girl.

The prosecution team comprised of Inumidun Sholarin, I.E. Balogun, and B.E. Okeowo had charged Olumuyiwa Adjoto before Justice Rahman Oshodi of an Ikeja Sexual Offences and Domestic
Violence Court.

The victim, who was on holiday with the family, is the grandchild of his second wife's younger sister.
The convict was arraigned on a three-count charge of defilement of a child, s*xual assault by pe*******on, and indecent treatment of a
child.

The convict was represented by his counsel, Philip Imuetinyan.
During trial, the convict's second wife, the IPO, ASP Adeniyi and Dr. Olatunji from the Mirabel Centre testified for the prosecution.

The convict testified for himself.
Before sentencing, Adjoto through his counsel, Imuetinyan, pleaded with the court to temper justice with mercy.
The prosecution counsel, led by Sholarin, urged the court to apply the maximum punishment for s*xual offenders to serve as deterrence for others.
She also prayed the court to register the name of the convict in the s*xual offenders register of Lagos State.

Justice Oshodi sentenced the convict after pronouncing him guilty of two out of a three count offence brought against him by the State.

Justice Oshodi found the convict guilty on counts one and two and consequently sentenced him to life imprisonment on both counts.
He was however discharged of count three after the prosecuting counsel failed to provide convincing evidence for the charge.

The sentences are to run concurrently at a maximum custodial centre
The judge also ordered that Adjoto's name be registered in the Lagos State Sexual Offenders Register.

According to information before the court, the convict on April 22 2022, at about 1:00 PM in Badagry,
Lagos, defiled the 6-year-old child said to be the grandchild of his second wife's younger sister.
The victim was on a holiday visit when the incident happerned.
On the day of the incident, the convict's second wife, Olayemi had gone to the market, leaving the victim and the defendant at home.

While the child was doing her homework in the convict's second wife room, Adjoto was said to have entered, pushed her onto the bed, and s*xually assaulted her by using his finger and p***s to pe*****te her.

The court heard that when the victim shouted, he slapped her and told her to shut up.
He later cleaned blood from his victim's private part with a white cloth, bathed, dressed her and told her to go and play outside.

The crime was discovered later that night when Mrs Olayemi, upon seeing the victim recoil from Adjoto's touch, asked what was wrong.
The victim said, "it's daddy." Mrs Olayemi examined the child and discovered that she had been deflowered.
Pretending to go to a church vigil, Mrs Olayemi took the victim to the General Hospital in Badagry where doctors confirmed that her private part had been tampered with and noted other evidence of assault.

Court Jails Suspended Law Professor, for Sexual Harassment

The Federal High Court in Abuja has convicted the suspended Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Calabar, Prof. Cyril Ndifon, and sentenced him to five years’ imprisonment for s*xually harassing his female students.

In a judgment delivered today by Justice James Omotosho, the court found Prof. Ndifon guilty on two of the four-count charges filed against him by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC).

However, the court discharged and acquitted his co-defendant, Mr. Sunny Anyanwu, a lawyer accused of attempting to pervert the course of justice.

Justice Omotosho held that the prosecution’s evidence failed to link the second defendant to any wrongdoing.

According to the judgment, Prof. Ndifon was sentenced to two years’ imprisonment on one of the counts and five years on another, with both terms to run concurrently.

The ICPC had alleged that the embattled dean, while serving as UNICAL’s Head of Faculty, s*xually harassed female students by demanding explicit photographs from them.

In one instance, he allegedly requested that a female diploma student, identified in court documents with the pseudonym TJK, send “pornographic, indecent and obscene pictures” to him via WhatsApp.

The student was among four prosecution witnesses who testified in the case, which centered on allegations of s*xual harassment, cybercrime and efforts to obstruct justice.

After the ICPC closed its case on February 14, 2024, Prof. Ndifon filed a no-case submission, but the court dismissed it on March 6, 2024, ordering him to enter his defence.

Testifying in his own defence, Prof. Ndifon denied all allegations, insisting the prosecution failed to present credible evidence establishing a prima facie case against him.

A forensic analyst from the Office of the National Security Adviser, CSP Babagana Mingali, also testified as a defence witness.

Prof. Ndifon argued that the testimonies of the prosecution witnesses, including that of the alleged victim, were insufficient to secure a conviction.

The court, however, disagreed and entered a guilty verdict.
