n stead of seeking handouts; respect and honour for our people instead of dictatorship, control and abuse; and, leave legendary positive impact in the continent in stead of failures and excuses. VISION
The vision of INT International is the transformation of families, organizations, communities, nations, and Africa to their highest levels of performance and achievement. This will be achieved through training and deployment throughout the seven spheres of the society of no excuse leaders of responsibility, integrity, compassion, and excellence. These are leaders who will proffer performance instead of pronouncements; expertise and competence instead of title and position; be involved in pioneering bold and innovative initiatives towards national development instead of seeking handouts and aid; offer compassionate hands to their people instead of dictatorship, control and abuse; and leave legacies in their lifetimes instead of failures, excuses and shame. These shall be called Oaks of righteousness. MISSION
The mission of INT International is to train, using appropriate curricular and programs, over twenty million (20,000,000) persons worldwide, primarily the unreached people of African descent in productive cultural principles required to strengthen of their families, organizations, communities, institutions, and nations. These skills include but not limited to: character of excellence, integrity, compassion and responsibility; intellectual or critical thinking skills; social skills; communication skills; strategic planning skills; conflict resolution skills; quality management skills; financial management skills; basic ICT skills; entrepreneurial skills; and , an understanding of the seven spheres of the society and how they are interrelated. Students will also learn how to discover their life passion within the seven spheres of society and how to prepare themselves adequately to fulfill their passion skillfully and profitably. INT core values are: Responsibility, Integrity, Compassion, and Excellence (RICE). This connotes that INT aims to produce graduates who should be known for being responsible in action change, integrity in character, compassion in outlook, and excellence in program ex*****on.
