Founded in 2004, The Widow of Zarephath Foundation helps widows transform their lives by providing financial and emotional support, rights awareness and leadership education and job skills training. Through our program, widows become confident, independent and productive as they embrace the importance of their roles in rebuilding their families, their communities and, ultimately, their nations.

On Saturday the 13th of June, 2026, The Widow of Zarephath Foundation, in collaboration with The Restorer Foundation, gave Cash Empowerment to a few of the widows we serve, to enlarge their businesses.

The event took place in Ikot Ntuen Nsit, Opposite University of Uyo Teaching Hospital, Abak Road, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

We really appreciate The Restorer Foundation for their kindness and support. May they continue to be a beacon of hope to the hopeless wherever they go.

And to everyone else who has supported or sponsored the widows under our care, we say may God reward you immensely. Your kindness changes lives.

Please if you feel led to partner with us in this mission, know that every act of love, no matter how much will help us provide for these resilient women.

Your labour of love will never be in vain in Jesus Name Amen

When you feel satanic bombardment upon your life OR upon your business, remember the word of God in Psalms 125.1-2 They that trust in the Lord shall be as Mount Zion, which cannot be removed but abided forever. As the Mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the Lord is round about His people from henceforth even for ever

Trusting in God brings devine stability. When we trust God we become stable and it will be impossible for the devil to gain the upper hand in our lives, our family or our business

The widow of Zarephath trusted that if she gives to the man of God, that God was able to give back to her even better, that was why she gave her last meal to the man of God and she was not disappointed.

If you are truly born again, no one should persuade you to trust God. When God opens the door no man can close. Fear not but just put your trust in God and you will never be disappointed. I am a witness. Remain blessed
