Exhortation
There is a kind of faith that refuses to surrender. It is a faith that remains standing when circumstances say, “Give up.” It continues praying when answers appear delayed, continues believing when the evidence looks contrary, and continues trusting God when human strength has failed.
This is ferocious faith; a faith that is persistent, courageous, determined, and completely dependent upon God.
The Bible gives us examples of people whose faith provoked divine intervention.
The woman with the issue of blood refused to allow her condition to stop her. She pressed through the crowd because she believed that an encounter with Jesus would change her story (Mark 5:25–34).
Blind Bartimaeus refused to be silenced. When the crowd told him to keep quiet, he cried out even more until Jesus stopped and called for him (Mark 10:46–52).
