Project Tracker's Update...

Nsik Oil & Gas has received Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) equipment in Esit Eket, Akwa Ibom State, as efforts to expand access to cleaner and more affordable energy alternatives continue. The development is expected to support CNG infrastructure and contribute to the growing adoption of natural gas for transportation and other applications.

A’IBOM STATE GOVT FLAGS OFF CONSTRUCTION OF IKOT EKPENE INTERNATIONAL MARKET

Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, has officially unveiled the design and performed the turning of the sod for the construction of the Ikot Ekpene International Market, describing the project as a strategic investment in trade, employment and economic opportunities for the people.

The event, held on Wednesday, September 30, formed part of activities marking the 39th anniversary of Akwa Ibom State and took place in Ikot Ekpene Local Government Area.

‼️Follow up Inspection by the Governor on
the Uyo Village Road erosion control, land reclamation and bridge construction project.

♦️INITIATED BY: His Excellency Pastor Umo Eno, Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State..

♦️CLIENT: Ministry of Works and Fire Service, Government of Akwa Ibom State.

♦️CONTRACTOR: AMITECH Construction.

♦️CURRENT STATUS OF WORK/ BENEFITS: Construction of bridge.
The intervention will reclaim over 150 hectares of land, protect nearby public facilities and open up the area for the planned Uyo Downtown development, including residential estates and other infrastructure.

‼️ Follow Up, On Construction of 2.2km tabernacle road & it’s Environs with 0.97km discharge Drain in uyo..

♦️CURRENT STATUS OF WORK AT SITE TODAY :

1. DEMOLITION of a story building is ongoing at Afaha Ube which was a major blockage to the continuation of the 12meters below ground level underground drainage.

2. Ongoing casting of top slabs.

3. Ongoing iron work on manhole and formation of new base iron works.

4. Continued maintenance of the section of Calabar-Itu main road by the site until suitable weather for Asphalting.

♦️CLIENT: Ministry of Works and Fire Service, Government of Akwa Ibom State.
