World Tuberculosis Day 2026
Theme: Yes! We Can End TB!
Led by countries. Powered by people.

Despite progress, TB remains one of the world’s deadliest infectious diseases. In 2024, 10.7 million people fell ill and 1.23 million lost their lives. Yet, with strong country leadership, innovation, and community action, we are getting back on track.

At UBON Humanitarian Foundation, we stand committed to this fight through awareness, support for affected families, and collaboration with government efforts.

Key reminder today: Ending TB is achievable. It requires sustained investment, rapid uptake of new tools, and multisectoral collaboration.

Let us all play our part, whether through advocacy, early detection, or supporting those in treatment.

“Ending TB is not just aspirational — it is achievable.”

The data is clear: loneliness disproportionately affects individuals with intellectual disabilities. As we observe World Down Syndrome Day, we must look at the structural and social reasons why 39% of this community feels frequently isolated.

Inclusion isn't just a buzzword, it’s a necessary intervention. At Ubon Humanitarian Foundation, we believe that fosterng genuine social connections is vital for mental health and well-being. By creating more inclusive workspaces, social circles, and communities, we can reduce the "painful experience" of loneliness for many.

Let’s work "Together Against Loneliness" to build a more connected society.

This International Women's Day, we reflect on a powerful truth: when we give, we gain.
When we give women opportunities, communities gain stronger leaders.
When we give support and encouragement, families gain stability.
When we give women the space to grow, the world gains progress.

At Ubon Humanitarian Foundation, we believe that empowering women is not just an act of kindness, it is an investment in a better future for everyone.

Today, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and impact of women everywhere, especially those who continue to inspire change in their communities.

Together, let us continue to give support, give opportunities, and give respect, because when women rise, we all gain.

Happy International Women’s Day.

Let's make it count. 🌍💪

As we round up the year today, this is a gentle reminder to pause and check in with yourself.

Today on Encounter with Ubon – Series 1, Episode 4, Oluwadarasimi shared important reminders for young people navigating silent struggles. She highlighted how awareness, healthy choices, and support can help us protect our mental well-being as we prepare for a new year.

Your feelings are valid, your mind deserves care, and choosing yourself is not selfish. May we step into the new year more aware, more compassionate, and more intentional about our mental health.

Your mental wellbeing matters.
