Akwa Ibom State Health Awareness Conference held at the E Library, IBB Avenue, Uyo on 12th October, 2024. We join to create the awareness for the need to focus on the future than the past to defeat mental health of persons in the society.

When we surround ourselves with the right community of people we can defeat these challenges of Mental Health issues. Addiction is an identity problem.

We must learn to love our work to avoid mental health problems.

Knowing how stable we are Mentally well the following must be in check:
1. Identify your ability
2. Coping with stress of love
3. Learn well and work well
4. Impact your Community positively.
