On Friday 10th October,2025, "THE GLOBAL AID FOR THE NEEDY AND VULNERABLE" a Non Governmental Organization (NGO),but initiative of young minds poised to helping the less privilege and orphans in schools visited Government Primary School, populary known as "NUMBER 1" in Abak Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom state
The visit aimed at helping out vulnerable students through distribution of writing materials, provision of school uniforms etc.witnessed a warmth welcome from the management and staff of the school.
While addressing the students, the team leader, Mr Ndianabasi Sunday Udo commended the school management for being hardworking and nurturing the students to be of good behaviour. He admonished them to maintain same energy as their rewards is not just in heaven but here on earth too. Vividly,he said, "A good name is Better than Silver and Gold. Your investment in these lives will surely be rewarded and reciprocated to you and your children.
He charged the students to be of good conduct and eschew every form of vices, pointing that the future has lots in stock for them. He said, be careful with how you play cause if you lose your eyes during rough plays, you lose your sight and would only hear of, but not see the future to enjoy God's blessings. Accordingly, he encouraged them to take their studies serious as future leaders of our state and nation.
Moreso, he said the visit is in line with the Arise Agenda of our Dear state championed by His Excellency, Pastor Umo Bassey Eno, PhD. ensuring that no child is denied education at any level. He appreciated His Excellency priotizing and commiting so much to educating Akwa Ibom sons and daughters.
Appreciating the team, the Head-teacher, Evangelist Peter Udoidung expressed gratitude to the team and wished that God continues to bless and elevate it.
