No child should have to watch their dreams fade away simply because their parents cannot afford a school uniform.

Every child is born with dreams, unique gifts, and limitless potential. But for many vulnerable children, those dreams are cut short before they even begin—not because they lack ability, but because poverty keeps them out of the classroom.

At Project Go To School, we believe education is a right, not a privilege. That's why we provide school uniforms, textbooks, exercise books, school bags, and other essential learning materials to help children return to school and stay in school.

A single act of kindness can open the door to education, restore hope, and change a child's future forever.

Together, we can ensure that no child is denied an education because of poverty.

🎒 Be the Reason a Child Goes to School

A new academic session is just around the corner, but for many children, returning to school is still uncertain.

You can help keep a child in school by providing school uniforms, school bags, books, or other learning essentials.

Together, we can ensure that no child is left behind because of poverty.

❤️ Be the reason a child returns to the classroom.

One thing we have learned at Project Go To School is this: a child sitting in a classroom does not always mean a child is learning.

Many of the children we rescue have been out of school for years. After enrolling them back in school, we discovered something heartbreaking — some could barely read or write properly because they had missed so many years of education.

It was painful to see children eager to learn but struggling to catch up.

We could not ignore it.
So we organized private lessons to support them academically and help them rebuild what was lost. And by God’s grace, the lessons were successful.

We are deeply grateful to our volunteer, Mrs Chinese NSe, who gave her time to teach and support these children with patience and love. May God bless and reward you abundantly.

At Project Go To School, enrollment is important, but learning is our true goal.

Happy International Day of The African Child

This year’s theme, “Ensuring Universal Access to Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene for Every Child in Africa,” reminds us that education and healthy living go hand in hand.

A child who lacks access to clean water and proper hygiene is more likely to miss school, struggle to learn, or even drop out completely.

At Project Go To School, we do more than return children to classrooms — we help restore hope. Through school enrollment, follow-up support, and ensuring children stay engaged in learning, we are helping vulnerable children build brighter futures.

Today, we celebrate every African child and renew our commitment to creating a future where no child is denied education, health, or opportunity.
Because every child matters. ❤️

Education is more than school attendance — it is learning. ✏️

At Project Go To School, we regularly carry out home visits to assess the progress of our children and ensure they are learning.

After our recent visits, we noticed some children needed extra academic support, so we stepped in with private lessons to help them catch up.

Thank you to Mrs. Chinyere Nse for volunteering her time and love, and to all our sponsors for supporting this mission. Together, we are changing lives through education. ❤️

🏡 Family Visits: Strengthening the Circle of Support for Every Child 💙
At Project Go To School, we believe that a child’s success is strongest when schools, families, and communities work together.
One of the meaningful things we do is our Family Visits — special moments where we visit the homes of our children to connect with parents and guardians, understand their realities, and monitor the progress of each child.
During these visits, we: ✅ Interact with families and build stronger relationships
✅ Assess the academic and personal progress of our children
✅ Receive valuable feedback from parents and guardians
✅ Encourage parents to support homework and daily reading habits
✅ Motivate children to prepare well for tests and examinations
✅ Provide guidance on creating a supportive learning environment at home

These visits remind us that education is not only a classroom responsibility — it is a partnership. Together, we can nurture confident, disciplined, and successful children.

🌟 At Project Go To School, we understand that basic literacy and numeracy skills are the foundation of every child’s success.

One of our major objectives is to ensure that children can confidently read, write, understand, and work with numbers. These essential skills open doors to learning, critical thinking, problem-solving, and future achievement.

A child who can read and count is better equipped to thrive in school, build confidence, and create a future full of possibilities. We are committed to helping children build this strong educational foundation — one child at a time. 📚❤️

Every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and succeed.
