In April, we are taking a step forward in Ubiaja with a simple goal—bringing hope, skills, and dignity closer to those who need it most.
Through a free skill acquisition programme, and in partnership with Ekesh College of Technology and Skills Development , we are creating opportunities for young people—especially girls, women, and persons living with disabilities—to learn practical skills that can help them support themselves and their families.
This is more than training. It is about strengthening lives, restoring confidence, and building a future where no one is left behind.
Working with traditional and religious leaders, we are reaching out to identify and support those in genuine need within the community.
Our first set of training will focus on: • Baking (Pastries & Confectioneries)
• ICT Skills
As the programme grows, we will gradually introduce more skills such as tailoring, footwear production, and other vocational areas to reach even more people.
We believe that when people are given the right support and skills, they don’t just improve their own lives—they lift others around them.
Together, we can build stronger, more resilient communities.
