THE SENIOR SPECIAL ASSISTANT TO THE GOVERNOR OF EBONYI STATE ON INTERNAL SECURITY (SOUTH) PAID A FAMILIARIZATION VISIT TO THE AREA COMMANDERS IN EBONYI SOUTH.

In analytical exactitude, security and economic development are two inseparably intertwined phenomenon that demands a sensitive alertness for the welfare of mankind.

And yesterday the 16th of August 2023, the senior special assistant to the governor of ebonyi state on internal security (south) Comr. Okenwa Nnachi Uka JP took a bold step in familiarizing with the two area commanders under his jurisdiction. To him, this visit is to establish a mutualistic/ partnering avenue whereby proactive measures will be made as an onus in curtailing crime occurrences within ebonyi south.

The ohaozara Area commander ACP Uduak Udom Isaac thanked Comr. Okenwa for coming, shared his challenges and strength and also pledge to partnership with him as a responsible senior special assistant in maintaining peace and enforcing law & order as enshrined in the constitution.

And also the acting Area commander Afikpo area command CSP Amah Bethel who is in watch of Afikpo north, unwana and Edda police divisions commends the visit of the honorable senior special assistant. In his statement: " l commend you for coming to familiarize with us , that is why we are here, to serve the people and to synergize with any agency cos the position of police touches every areas of life. Security being so sensitive shouldn't be given to anyhow people, it has to be someone who is naturally intelligent first before you can dream to acquire further and I see you as one who posseses this attribute".

Okenwa concluded by thanking the duo for the warmed reception saying that the governor of our great state his excellency Rt Hon. Francis ogbonna Nwaifuru FNIOB FCAI GGCEHF is a promising young man who is security concious & has the interest of this people at heart., He is a grounded politician who is always in the shoes of his people and knows where it is paining them. And as such whatsoever that is sensed to be a threat or challenge militating against the peaceful co- existence of the ebonyians should be reported immediately for actions.
