Earlier today, 14/08/25, Obinwanne Foundation...A Non profit Organization founded and Sponsored by Barr. Obinna Randie Ukawoko celebrated her quarterly empowerment program in Support of Indigent Rural Tabletop Petty Traders in the three clans of Umuahia South LGA. At the event, 50 less privileged tabletop Petty Traders received #20,000 each to boost their trade. Barr. Ukawoko appealed to the beneficiaries to invest the funds in their business because he had prayed to God to multiply their trade through this money. The occasion was witnessed by some eminent dignitaries such as the deputy speaker of the Federal House of Representative the Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu ably represented by Chief Emmanuel Eke, the commissioner in the National Population Commission for Abia State, Abia State, Commissioner for Women Affairs & Social Welfare, Dr Mrs Maureen Aghukwa represented by the Director of Women Affairs in the Ministry, Mrs Ngozi Nkuche, His Royal Majesties, Eze G.C Onwuka, former Deputy Chairman, Abia State Council of Tradional Rulers from Olokoro Clan, His Royal Majesty, Eze G.C Ibeakamma from Umuopara Clan, His Royal Highness, Eze Adulphus Ugwunna, from Ubakala Clan, Mrs Ihechiluru Nwosu, former Education Secretary, Umuahia South LGA, the coordinators of Obinwanne Foundation, Umuahia North and Ikwuano Chapters, Chiefs Chigozie Okeahialam and Tony Alaribe, Chief Iyke Amaechi, a childhood friend of the founder from England, Rev. Dr Chuks Okwuonu, to mention a few. The beneficiaries who were filled with unprecedented joy thanked and prayed for the sponsor and his amiable wife, Mrs Ijeoma Mercy Ukawoko, and their family.
