*"Empowering Education, Inspiring Smiles"*

The Rotary Club of Ughelli Metropolis, AnnaPhil, and Mapi.Foundation conducted a needs assessment at Oguname Primary School, Oguname, and identified a critical shortage of writing materials, particularly notebooks.

In response, we donated notebooks to the pupils, bringing joy and support to their educational journey. The headmistress, teachers, and students expressed heartfelt gratitude for our humanitarian efforts.

Polio Plus Fund Donation

Greetings Dear Rotarians / Friends Of Rotary!

Globally, Rotary International has fixed Tuesday 24th October, 2022, as End Polio Day.

With Polio nearly eradicated, Rotary and it's partners must sustain this progress and continue to reach every child with the Polio Vaccine. Without full funding, this paralyzing disease could return to Polio - free countries, putting children everywhere at risk.Rotary has committed to raising fund to make sure it's been eradicated fully._

For this to be attained , we therefore solicit the support of our dear RC Ughelli Metropolis ( Rotarians) to be part of this course by contributing minimum of *N5,000* to the Global Polio Eradication.

Remember, that every little drop of water sustain the ocean_

RC Ughelli Metropolis set to Distribute Note Books & Other Materials to Schools in Ughelli North and South Communities.

*Date* - Wednesday 28th September, 2022.
*Time* - 9:00am
*Venue* - Okpare Primary School, Ogoni Primary School,
Oguname Primary School,
Otogor Primary School, and Oviri - Ogor Primary School.

*Note* - Take Of Point is Local Government Council. Time is 8:30am.

Please let's come out en masse to showcase Rotary. All are expected to wear Rotarians at work or other outfits that preaches Rotary.
