*Condolence Message on the Passing of Mohammed Hamza's Mother*

Dear [OCDA] Members,

INNALLILAHI WA'INA ILAIHI RAJIUN

It is with deep sorrow and a heavy heart that I share the news of the sudden demise of Mohammed Hamza's(Red devil) beloved mother's (onya rakiya). Our thoughts and prayers are with him and his family during this incredibly difficult time.

As the secretary of [Ogatte community development Association], I would like to extend our heartfelt condolences to Mohammed Hamza and his family. Losing a loved one is never easy, and we want them to know that they have our full support and sympathy.

*Ogatte youths association/prosperity committee meeting*
1-opening prayer by mallam OYA PRO(Algatawi)
2-Introductuons by all members
3-Welcome remarks by oya chairman (oya 001)
He thanks the presents and dedication of all members
4- *Adhoc staff*
A- All members of excos and the adhoc have agreed on N15,000 as a monthly payment to adhoc staff
B- there should be a notification/introduction latter to LEA board concerning this present development
C- Nomadic system have been cancelled
D- there shall be a fix dates for meeting with ogatte residential elders and PTA chairman on progress and commencement of the school
E- meeting with the head master, permanent staff and members of boards LEA on way forward and commencement of the school
F- The school shall commencement a week late after the normal resumption
G- uniform and punctuality of the students was also been discussed on way out and strategy to be used.
*5-updates and AOB*
A- Advocacy visit. This have been sealed and it shall start soon
B- monthly contribution from now henceforth is termed compulsory for all members of ogatte youth association
C- mukaila to handle all members in auchi, adviser and vice chairman to handle ogatte residents, oya sec and fin sec to handle abaji residents, Algatawi and 001 to handle Toto. And all other ogatte residents to be handle by oya excos and committee.
D- All ogatte stakeholders and elders have unanimously have sends there appreciation towards the progress of this very association.
E- All youths must bow to the stand of this association, for unity and bond of this association
F- mallam Suleiman Ibrahim donated one 1 carton of chalk, mallam adamu saidu donated three thousand naira N3000 for welfare of the meeting.
G- in attendance are
The chairman, vice chairman, sec gen, PRO 1, Discipline 1, discipline 2, fin sec 1, fin sec 2, treasurer, welfare 2, auditor 2, oya adviser and committee member muktar ozuye.

*summary of today's meeting*
1) opening prayer by chief imam of ogatte
2) introduction of elders present and all members of oya.
3) reading of last minute and adoption
4) committee achievement by committee treasurer in person of Muhammed awal Suleiman.
A) Total amount realize by the committee is N79,000 for the month of October and November
B) adhoc for ogatte primary school and clinic was also explain vigorously on the success so far.
C) The committee is mainly constituted for the progress of ogatte
D) payment of December have commence already.
5)alhaji Muhammad ogatte was the chairman on swearing in.
With the power confer and institute in him. He dessolve all excos before a nomination kick start.

All the aboves listed new excos was swearing inn with immediate effect.
